Erection of 11/0.4KV, 25 KVA Sub-Station Structure using Steel Tubular Poles a/w RCC Muff & its concrete filling as per latest standard practices /specification of REC / HPSEBL including digging of pits, erection of Poles & Muffs, Filling muffs with PCC mixture, re-filling of pit & ramming, drilling of holes in Cross X Arms, Preparation of Plateform Structure Members MS Channel X Arms and Knee Bracing Sets, Erection of Plateform, fixing of M.S. Cross Arms S/Stn fitting, Painting of Complete structure with red oxide paint & then alluminium paint, fixing of GO Switch, DO fuse units, Lightening Arrestors, Disc Insulators, Pin Insulators, LT Ditribution Panel, Energy Meter. Erection of S/Stn. Pipe Earthing Set (3Nos.) complete in all respect including providing Char Coal, Salt etc., Erection of Transformer, Providing Earthing Connection to GO Switch, Transformer, Lighteneing Arrestor etc. Erection of Stay Sets, Erection of LT Cable and fixing of jumpers. Testing and commissioning of Transformer and allied equipments complete in all respect.

Recording of Hourly Reading of Electrical Parameters, monthly energy readings of 33kV / 11kV / 6.6kV / 415V system switch board for testing / analysis purposes, Assisting departmental staff for the day to day highly skilled operational activities of various substations, Attending fuse of calls pertaining to street lighting, Building lighting & power complaints in IGCAR campus during after office hours and holidays, changeover operations carried out to restore the supply system during fault trippings. Note: 1) The High skilled person having qualification, ITI(Electrician)/DEEE qualified electrician having “B”or “C” Electrical license and shall have minimum 2 years of experience in Operation and maintenance of substations. 2) Necessary register for recording the parameters will be provided by the Department free of cost. 3) 8 Hours shift is considered as one operation. 4) Shift includes Round the clock operation.

11 kV SWITCHYARD / TWO POLE (DP) STRUCTURE: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11 kV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, Two Pole Structure made of 6` X 3` `I` section girder having min. 9mtr. length, 4` X 2` M.S. channels, angles, clamps, nuts, bolts, stay wires including earthing system etc. suitable for erection of following / indicated accessories duly connected with ACSR conductor as per approved drawings and in compliance with requirements of IS/IEC / Power Supply Co.: (a) 11kV 200A DO (drop out) fuses with S.R.B.P. tubes carries (03 nos.) (b) 11kV 400A G.O.D. switch complete with insulators, operating handle with galvanized pipe, square bar etc. (01 set) (c) 11kV lightning arrestors with clamps (03 nos.) (d) 11kV shackle (Disc/Pin/Post) as required insulators (06 nos.) (e) ACSR Dog Conductor (mini. 30Mt.) (f) 11 kV fiber operating rod (g) 20 mm dia. GI stay sets (2 sets), required foundation etc. and to be painted with two coat of red oxide and final two coat of Aluminium paint at site as per IS, Specification and Drg.
