OD272416/2025-2026:IRON BRIDGE:- ELECTRICAL PANELS AND TRANSFORMERS (H.T Supply)<br><br>Supply and delivery of 400 KVA/11KV/433 V,50Hz,3 phase,Dyn11,ONAN cooled out door type transformer (Copper wound) for the total working load of pumpsets with initial filling of oil interlocking arrangements and all fittings as per standard.<br>Fabrication and supply of 11KV/4 pole structure with suitable RS JOIST along with all structure materials and supplying and fitting suitable size transformer bus bars ,lightning arresters ,drop out fuses AB switch(400A) etc complete required for substation of transformers as per IE rules and approved by CEIG drawing.<br>Construction of transformer plinth<br>Designing and preparation of CEIG drawing approval of safety certificate including submission of completion report,rectification report etc<br>5 Nos of pipe Earthing in the the transformer station and all electrical equipments as per IE rules including cost of materials<br>Chain link fencing the transformer yard with suitable size RSJ along with all structure materials and spreading metal in the transformer yard with suitable size curbe wall as per standard<br>Erection of transformer in sub station as per IE rules .<br>Supply, Delivery of Trivector meter CT/PT unit, cables etc and fixing of kiosk for accommodatin TOD meters(DLMS) as directed by EB engineers including the fencing the E.B structure etc complete.<br>Supply and delivery of floor mounting type MV control panel of vermin proof, dust proof, modular type consisting of the following accessories and controls. The control panel shall be of enclosed type and built with compartmentalized modular type cubicle. All cubicle shall be constructed from 14 SWG, M.S sheet at the bottom and rear and 12 SWG M.S Sheet at front. The panel board shall have removable rear cover hinged front door fitted with knobs. The interior and exterior of the panels and compartment shall be treated with one coat of primer and two coats of stove enameled light gray shade suitable for electric applications.
