The model shall consist of accurately scaled and detailed Coal Storage Yard, Coal Handling Plant, Boiler, Superheater, Economizer, Air Preheater, Steam Turbine, Alternator/Generator, Condenser, Cooling Tower, Chimney, Ash Handling System, Water Treatment Plant, Generator Transformer, Station Auxiliary Transformer, Switchyard, Current Transformers (CTs), Potential Transformers (PTs), Isolators, Circuit Breakers, Lightning Arresters, Busbars, Control Room Building, Transmission Line Outgoing Bay, Earthing Grid, Cable Trenches, Internal Roads, Structural Supports, Interconnections and all other associated thermal power plant equipment and structures. The work shall include 3D printing, painting, colour coding, identification labeling, fixing, detailing, demonstration arrangement, installation of all accessories, testing, commissioning and all allied works required for complete and satisfactory operation of the model, including transportation to site and installation, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
