118 Supplying and fixing following size uPVC UV-Stabilised soil / waste quality pipes and fittings ( SWR ) for soil, waste, vent, anti syphonage, HVAC waste pipe and rain water pipe lines consisting following items of work:- i) Providing and fixing uPVC UV-Stabilised Soil/ waste pipe as per IS:13592 and IS:14735 Type-B laid in floor & on Exposed faces of wall of approved make ii) Fixing the pipeline vertically by Metal clamps with rubber seal of approved make iii) Fixing the pipeline Horizontaly with specified slope below the ceiling by Metal clamps with rubber seal and GI hanger rods not less than 5mm dia at specified spacing, including all required hardware. iv) Providing and fixing uPVC cowl at the top of soil, waste water & vent pipe line. v) Providing and fixing uPVC P/S trap on line as per requirement for soil,waste water pipeline. vi) Laying the pipe below floor / ground to the slope and gradient equal to (or) steeper than 1 in 50, making leak proof connections of soil /waste pipe line from the shaft with inspection chamber / Manhole / Gully trap Chamber including the cost of filling around the holes of inspection chamber / Manhole / Gully trap with cement mortar 1:1 mixed with water proofing compound vii) Jointing the pipe / fittings with Solvent Cement & Rubber ring gasket with making holes in walls / floor grooving and redoing the same and brick support etc. Carrying out water-tightness test for the pipes laid as per codal provisions. Providing Ring Joint pipes at verticals and solvent cement jointed pipes at concealed locations. viii) Cutting the pipe to the required length including providing short pieces, necessary connectors, fittings & specials with & without door, assorted fittings such as plugs, tees, couplers, reducers, cross tees, reducing tees, elbows, bends, single & double Y, vent cowl, gaskets, offsets etc. including providing necessary clean outs, cleaning pipe, extension pipe if any for clean outs, door bend, door elbow, door Y, socket plug, etc wherever required for accessing every segment of soil and waste pipes to enable removal of any Chock up after installation. ix) Providing necessary specials for connecting UPVC SWR (IS:13592/ IS:14735) pipe with UPVC (IS:4985) pipe etc x) Dewatering the pit/ trenches if necessary till completion of work xi) Testing the pipe line for any leakages, rectifying the leakages if any, retesting etc., till water tightness of the pipe line is ensured. xii) Exposed pipe fixing arrangement include slotted G.I. section and U clamps. Note: Earthwork excavation for trenches shall be paid under relevant items

Supply, laying and commissioning of 2 Core x 16 Sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium stranded twisted service cable, 1100 V grade, complete with supply and stringing of 1 No. 6 SWG GI support wire and lacing/binding of the cable to the GI wire at intervals not exceeding 2.0 metres using suitable PVC ties, aluminium binding wire or approved fastening arrangement. The cable shall be drawn from the service pole to the consumer's service pipe/building 21 connection point, including all accessories required for complete installation. The cable shall be weatherproof, suitable for outdoor service connection and capable of withstanding normal mechanical stresses encountered during installation and operation. The item shall include supply of cable, GI support wire, binding materials, saddles, clamps, fixing accessories, stringing, laying, termination, testing and commissioning complete with all labour, tools, tackles, transportation and incidental materials required for satisfactory completion of the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Augmentation & Upgradation of water supply infrastructure, power supply system, substation, rewiring of service buildings & Replacement and restrengtheing of precooling points and 110 V battery charging pont with cable at washing pit and station platform area under the jurisdiction of SSE/Elect/AGTL & SSE/Elect/SCL.
Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing Numbers and commissioning of outdoor type LT control panel, double door, rear access construction, Form-3B, conforming to IEC 61439-1/2 (earlier IEC 60439-1), suitable for 415 V, 3-phase, 4-wire system, with IP54/IP55 protection class, suitable for outdoor railway installation. The panel shall be floor mounted, free standing type with RAL 7035 structured powder coated finish. The enclosure shall be fabricated from CRCA steel sheet, with 2.0 mm thickness for load bearing structural members and 1.6 mm thickness for non-load bearing members, and provided with 3.0 mm GI gland plates. Doors and covers shall be gasketed with neoprene rubber gaskets for dust, vermin and weather proof sealing. Cable entry shall be from bottom for both incoming and outgoing cables, with proper cable alley arrangement. The busbar system shall consist of TPN electrolytic grade copper busbar of size 50 mm x 6 mm, rated for 400 A, running horizontally at the top of the panel throughout its length. Three phase busbars shall be supported on suitable porcelain/epoxy insulators with adequate clearance for heat dissipation and maintenance. Busbars shall be insulated with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeves for phase identification and safety. The panel shall be designed for short circuit withstand capacity of 100 kA for 1 second as per IS 8623 Part-1, and temperature rise test at 6300 A as per IS 8623 Part-1, ensuring reliable operation under fault conditions. The panel shall be complete with switchgear and protection devices including 01 No. 630 A, 4-pole manual on-load changeover switch (transfer switch), 02 Nos. 400 A, 4-pole MCCBs (50 kA breaking capacity) with microprocessor-based release conforming to IS/IEC 60947-2, 02 Nos. 320 A, 4-pole MCCBs (50 kA breaking capacity) with adjustable thermal- magnetic settings, and 02 Nos. 125 A, 4-pole MCCBs (36 kA breaking capacity), all conforming to relevant IEC/IS standards with Ics = 100% Icu. The panel shall also include multifunction digital meter, CTs of suitable ratio, LED indication lamps, auxiliary contactors, selector switches, cam switches, and other standard accessories as per OEM design, along with proper internal cable alley for neat wiring and maintenance. Incoming MCCB connections shall be made to busbar using proper crimped sockets with adequate mechanical strength and insulation, supported on both ends by porcelain insulators, ensuring sufficient clearance for safe maintenance and operation. The contractor shall submit GA drawings, SLD and wiring diagrams for approval of competent Railway authority prior to fabrication. The panel shall be manufactured in OEM factory, CPRI tested, ISI marked and ISO certified, and shall be inspected in presence of Railway authorized representative before dispatch. The scope includes complete supply, erection, installation, testing, commissioning, interconnection, earthing with GI strips, control wiring, transportation, and all incidental works required for satisfactory completion, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge at site.
