M&L for servicing of Solar water heater up to 500LPD (both vacuum tube type & flat plate collector) at various locations at Tech area & VSB area along with descaling the whole system by revolving liquid descaling agent in the copper tubes of solar water heater up to the satisfaction of JE E/M or not less than one Hour by deploying pressure pump & other equipment including plumbing work & removing minor leakage, unbalanced system defect etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Drilling of 150mmm (6”) nominal dia vertical borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu in all formations, suitable for down the hole hammer drilling such as medium hard rock to hard rock formation, consolidated formation etc and drilling over burden to a dia not less than 200mm including insertion of 165 mm PVC casing pipe, couplings caps and other relevant materials required upto the depth as directed by the Engineer or his representative including grouting of cement 25kg (minimum) up to the depth of over burden are including borewell development flushing of borewell at a pressure 7kg/cm2 (100 lb per square inch) including yield test, crew charges, cost of consumables, transportation charges of casing pipes and all other materials including assembling complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer and as stipulated in the technical specification.
