Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Laying HDPE pipes (IS : 4984) on land portion including conveying within initial lead and aligning the pipes, electro-fusion welding using automatic or semi-automatic electrofusion machines, testing the pipeline thus fabricated to suit the hydraulic working pressure and after testing, aligning the pipeline, lowering the pipe in position into the trenches already made, testing the line to suitable pressure with potable water before back filling and levelling the trenches including all labour charge, hire for appliances etc., complete but excluding cost of pipe and fittings: 63 mm Nominal Outer Diameter pipes.

Drilling of Bore well by down the hole hammer to a finished dia of 165/150 mm dia in all formations suitable for down the hole hammer drilling such as medium hard rock formation, all consolidated formation etc, and reming the bore well to sub insertion of required casing pipe etc., including insertion of casing pipe with couplings, caps any other relevant materials up to required depth as directed by the department, transportaion of drilling rigs and supporting vehicle and including bore development. Flushing of Bore Well at an average pressure of 150 PSI conducting yield test, Crew charges required in fixation of pipe assembly completely done to the satisfaction of the department and including all labor charges, but excluding the cost of casing pipe. The entire work should be carried out as per IS-2800 Part I & II 1979 and amended from time to time.
