Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof, podium by two component cementitious coating over single component acrylic coating as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of: a) Surface preparation:Ensure all RCC repair work completion from civil contractors and taking handover. Surface cleaning will be done by means of wire brushing, Chiseling and light surface grinding shall be done if required. Laitance shall be removed and cleaned properly. Substrates must be free of loose aggregate and sharp protrusions. b) Crack treatment: Cracks will be opened in a V shape by making a groove of 20mm wide and 25mm deep. Apply bond coat of SBR latex: Water : Cement (1:4:6). V shape groove feel with polymer modified repair mortar (SBR latex: Water : Cement :Sand = 1:4:10:40) c) Making Angle Fillet: Making Angle Fillet (50 mm x 50 mm) in the junction of roof slab & parapet wall. Apply bond coat of SBR latex: Water : Cement (1:4:6).The junction will be treated by polymer modified mortar (SBR latex: Water : Cement :Sand = 1:4:10:40). d) Bore Packing: (If Required)Wherever applicable after making groove, Grouting the all the pipe line joints with, cementitious general purpose grout (Mix density= 2100-2300 Kg/m³, Compressive strength= 50MPa @28days). Then the area should be treated with the application of Epoxy resin-based putty ( Mix density= 1.55 Kg/ltr., Compressive strength= 50N/mm² @7days, Bond strength> 2.5N/mm², Drying time= 8hrs.) & necessary suitable curing to be taken place.

LED outdoor light with 7 m. high GI pole along road / path including all accessories complete in all respects. d) Supply and installation of 1 No. 6.00 m wide Main Gate of MS and 1.80 m. wide wicket gate at STP to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and as per the design. e) Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges (1Working plus 1 Stand bye) including centrifuge feed pump, all fittings, instrumentation, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respects as per the design and direction of the Engineer in charge.

(2W plus 1S) fine Screens of suitable size along with screw conveyor for 60 MLD average flow with peak factor of 2.25. c) 8 No. High Mast of 12.50 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness, Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 8 No. LED of 200 W each suitable size, outdoor type energy efficient lamps on each pole. 30 No. LED outdoor light of 72 W with 7 m. high GI pole along road / path including all accessories complete in all respect. d) Supply and installation of 1 No. 6.00 m wide x 1.80 m height Sliding Main Gate of MS and 1.25 m. wide wicket gate at STP, Outer frame with 5 mm and Internla frame pipes of 4 mm to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Total weight not less than 500 kg). e) Providing and installing 2 No. Belt Filter Press (1Working plus 1 Stand bye) including Belt Filter Press feed pump, all fittings, instrumentation, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect and the same shall be disposed off as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within 10 KM radius. `The above items includes 11 years defect liability period cum operation and maintenance period.
