E/M SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT Design, Supplying, Installing, Testing & Commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant capacity 400 m3/day. Nature of effluent - Domestic Sewage from Toilet use and kitchen waste. Daily average flow - 400 Cum / Day pH - 7.5 - 8.5 BOD5 - upto 300-350 Mg/L S. Solids - 200- 250 Mg/L COD - upto 400-500 Mg/L Oil & Grease - 30 Mg / L Effluent discharge standard after treatment pH - 6.0 - 8 BOD5 - Less than 10 Mg/L S. Solids - Less than 20 Mg/L COD - Less than 50 Mg/L Oil & Grease - Less than 5mg/l Sewage Treatment Plant shall comprise of following tanks in civil: Bar Screen Chamber - 1 No Oil & Grease Trap Chamber - 1 No Equalization Tank - 1 No Irrigation Water Tank - 1 No Flushing Water Tank - 1 No Plant Room-1 No Shop Drawings: Detailed GA drawing, flow diagram, equipment list, power load requirement with design calculations of all Tanks, elements of the plant, electrical and mechanical work to satisfy / supply adequacy of design followed by submission of detailed GOOD FOR CONSTRUCTION' architectural, electrical, mechanical and piping drawing for approval. Contractor shall ensure submission of detailed GA drawings (Plan & Section), P & I diagram, schematic diagram for the above mentioned components and additional components such as inserts, puddle flanges, vent pipes etc. if so required for the complete work.

Overhauling of effluent quality monitoring system at 9 MLD STP at RAMPURA ROAD ,SAFFIDON for online (continuous)measurement of PH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS),Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD),Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD)by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV –VIS range performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of sensor / analyser ,signal cables complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents and as contained in scope of work in the notice inviting tender: a) Multi –parameter measuring converter,for connecting the desired sensors .Scope includes output by 4-20mA or RS 485 Modbus Digital output,wide –range power supply optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of then UV –VIS range, for measurement in the outlet/effluent/municipal waste water treatment plant of 9 MLD STP at RAMPURA ROAD ,SAFFIDON with integrated with automatic cleanings b) Robust digital pH sensor with built-in temperature sensor and automatic Temperature compensation (ACT). Cable length 10 Meter (minimum). c) The Sensors should be IP68. Cable length 10 meter (minimum). (as per analysis) (Make – ( ALTOZ AUTOMATION,, AQUADAX, FLICKCON )

Construction of 2 Nos. treated and 01 No. untreated Sewage Pumping Stations at Coronation Pillar along with other associated /allied appurtenant works for 15 years Operation & Maintenance including 02 years Defect Liability Period along with Providing, Laying and jointing 2000 mm dia MS effluent rising main from Coronation Pillar STPs to Yamuna River downstream of Wazirabad - Barrage (on Design, Build & Operate basis).

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified inACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50 mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. (Mixing ratio for Penetron Slurry coat :- 2 parts water to 5 parts penetron powder (by volume). Mix as much as material can be consumed within 20 minutes). Penetron is mixed with clean water to a creamy consistency or that resembling thick oil).

M & L for painting to existing complete STP system, 2x250KLD capacity made out of MS/Steel structural sewage treatment plant with one coat of epoxy paint (weather proofing paint) after necessary cleaning, preparation of internal and external surfaces of complete sewage treatment plant by using spray gun machine complete in all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Manpower for the painting work shall be arranged by the contractor, so that the job can be completed within 01 x working day to avoid any fuctional issue of STP. (ii) Contractor has to submit schedule of painting for both internal and external surfaces separately alongwith workmen and T & P details for smooth functioning STP. (iv) Contractor has to take written permission 03 days in advance before deputing T & P and labour to work site for painting internal wall surfaces of various tanks/componants of STP. In any case contractor brought workmen without permission of Engr-in-Charge, he will be fully responsible for labour loss/waste/under utilization and no additional payment will be made to this effect.)
