Material & Labour for preparing the joint of size 15-20 mm width x20mm depth by taking out the existing sealing compound by chiselling/machine, cut from the joint, cleaning the joints thoroughly free from dust/bitumen/any other sealing compound, all foreign materials, etc, with compressed air or other mechanical approved means. Applying coal tar based primer using clean dry brush. After drying of primer, coal tar based joint sealing compound grade 'B' of IS-1834 heated up to 180 degree centigrade shall be poured into the joints upto slab surface etc all complete as per manufacturers instruction and as directed (Make: Shalijit sealing compound by STP limited, Shalijet primer by STP Limited)

Replacing broken/damaged LT/HT PCC/STP poles (9/11/13 m) & erecting new PCC pole (9/11/13 m) in mid-span to raise low-hanging conductors / AB cable to safe ground clearance – loading from store (up to 100 KM distance from site), carriage to site, return back the scrap to store again, pit digging (depth & grouting as per standard line-construction practice), erection, fixing clamp/cross-arm/insulator, sagging of conductors to safe ground clearance & restoring supply. All grouting material by contractor.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising of the following course of tretment/specified from bottom to top (a) Applying Bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm over plastered surface of roof including parpet surfaces. Bitumnious primer shall be 'Tar Mastic' manufactured by M/S STP LTD or 'EMW FLATE; manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membrane with non woven polyster fabric weight not less than 160 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (mim) and than inserted th groove of perafit wall and shall be finished a membrance flashing (c) Application of two coats of Bituminous aluminum paints over the polymeric memnrance after necessary preparation and cleaning, Thickness 3mm. Note :- Laying APP based polymeric membranceshall be done by tourch on mathod or as per manufacture insturction. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100 mm shall be maid at the end 75mm shall be maid at the side and sealed overlaped and joint as per manufacture instructions. CONSTRUCTION OF PROPOSED CHAINLINK FENCING AT BHARSAR AGRICULTURE UNIVERSITY AND DEMARCATIONOF CAMPUS, RANICHAURI, NEW TEHRI, UTTARAKHAND
Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.
