Providing and placing on terrace high density polyethylene water storage tank with man hole lid and suitable locking arrangement including making holes for inlet, out let and ball cock including testing etc. all complete: (Sintex or equivalent) 500 LITERS CAPACITY

Providing and applying liquid Polyurea-PU based hybrid elastomeric water proofing membrane (Including nylon mesh) at existing/newly constructed roofs, RCC structure like basement raft, retaining wall, water retaining structure, tunnels/subways and bridge deck etc. in two or more coats. The product must have pot life of >90 mins., tensile strength > 12.6 Mpa, elongation of > 500% conforming to ASTM D 2370 & puncture resistance of >200 N as per ASTM E 154 with min. consumption of 1.5 Kg per sqm for 1.2mm DFT in two- three coats. The surface needs to be primed with water soluble self impregnated epoxy primer in two coats to be applied @ 200-250 gms/sqm/coat prior to Polyurea -PU application. Furthermor, (in case the substrate is not suitable) 15mm plaster is advisable for surface prepration before application of the water proofing membrane to avoid pinholes or functional difficulties of the system (Make - Berger STP) Note:- The application shall be done by the authorised applicator of the manufacture with a letter of proof stating the authenticity of the applicator firm.

Water proofing treatment over Roof, wall, Chajjas, Balcony etc. with Engineer Plus 7 layer waterproofing system at leakage, seepage area consisting of Surface preparation roughening of surface, opening of cracks in V groove in size of 5 mm to 10 mm width, Back filling of cracks with SBR Latex, 2 layer Spraying Mixture of Aquasil-99 and Aquaprime-99 (Take 20 liter clean water+ 1 liter Engineer Plus Aquasil-99 + 2 liter. Engineer Plus Aquaprime-99 in proportion 20:1:2 This solution should not sprayed over more than 40 sqm area, 3rd Laying 90GSM fiber glass mesh with proper overlap, 4th coat of brushable mortar prepared with Engineer Plus Aquaprime-99, water & cement (Aquaprime -99 @ 0.45 kg per sqm, water @0.45 kg per sqm & cement @0.68 kg per sqm.) in the proportion of 1:1:1.5 by weight, After 4th coat allow the coating to air cure for minimum four hours, after 4 hours interval apply, 2 coat of Flexicoat-99 mixed with Water (Flexicoat-99 @0.33 kg/sqm, water @0.66 Kg per Sqm) in the proportion of 1:2 by weight in 4 hours interval. After 6th coat allow the coating to air cure for minimum 4 hours. After 4 hours interval apply, 7th coat of Engineer Plus smartcoat-99 (Smartcoat-99 @ 0.45 Ltr/sqm & water @ 1.35Ltr/sqm in the proportion of 1:3). The surface will dry within 2 hours and surface would be fully water proof and usable after a period of 24 hours and the final appearance of the coating will be gray/milky white. The rates are included the cost of all chemicals, labours, and Required T&P for Proper completion of Work (NSI)
