Physical Treatment - Receiving chamber, screen chamber, collection sump, water channel, inclined screw channel, Grit Chamber, Outlet channel (L-Shape), Stairs, Walkway and Receiving chamber. SBR - Receiving chamber, distribution channel, SBR Basin (4 Nos), Outlet channel, stair, walkway. Sludge Treatment - Sludge sump. Tertiary Treatment - Distribution channel, Disc Fibre cloth filter, outlet chamber, outlet connecting channel, Chlorine Contact Tank, Stairs, walkway and Polyelectrolyte tank for centrifuge, RCC Outlet Channel and all horticulture works etc. on turnkey basis complete in all respect with any other work contingent thereto along with 6 Years Defect Liability-cum-Maintenance Period after 3 months trial run period. INTERCEPTION AND DIVERSION OF DRAIN AND CONSTRUCTION OF STP AND DRAIN IN SIRATHU NP KAUSHAMBI
Survey (GIS-based), soil investigation, Engineering, Design (hydraulic, electro-mechanical and structural) as per requirement, vetting of design drawing by any IIT/NIT or Govt. Engineering Institute, procurement of all labour & material, T&P, etc. for completion of various component Interception and Diversion work of 02 No. existing drains, conveyance system, discharge measurement of both drains and establishment of a Centralised 1000 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant based on open / poven technology, inclusive of ensuring the final effluent parameter strictly complies with the National Green Tribunal (NGT) latest norms & guidelines. The cost includes the cost of Civil, E&M and instrumental work, suitable foundation/arrangements for I&D, conveyance system up to STP, Construction of STP, with inlet chamber/collection tank, raw sewage pumping system as per requirement, pre-treatment units (like screening/grit removal etc.-including one stand-by unit), Primary/Secondary Treatments, Disinfection, Disposal of treated sewage by gravity/pumping, Sludge Thickening(if required), Sludge dewatering units with necessary piping work with valves, gates, drains, pathways etc. all complete as turn-key Job as per the vetted design/drawing. The STP shall also have a flow measuring system at the inlet, outlet and bypass with required instrumentations. The cost shall also include obtaining power connections from UPPCL, SITC of required DG sets/ Electric Substation/Transformers and foundation/ pumps and HT/LT/Control Panels, Laboratory with equipment to test and monitor parameters of raw/treated sewage, Meter room as per requirement of UPPCL, Construction of administrative building cum control room cum Lab, boundary wall 1.5 m high with main gate wicket gate & other required buildings and disposal of treated effluent, all other associated works at Sirathu Nagar Panchayat, District Kaushambi, U.P, India. The scope of work includes successful testing & trial-run for 3 months, commissioning & handing over all works to the concerned department/ULB, also including defect liability period of 12 months for Civil works & 24 months for E/M works, etc., all civil/E/M complete as per the latest guidelines and relevant IS codes/manual and considering HFL of th STP Site.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF STP INSTALLED AT MAP KODARIYA AND SHIVAJI MARG, UNDER GE (MCTE) MHOW
Comprehensive Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 200 KLD installed at Shivaji Marg including all consumable materials, repairing, replacement of any part of STP complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- The comprehensive mantainence of complete STP shall be included in the rates provided by the contractor, no extra payment shall be provided to the contractor for any repair and replacement of unserviceable items, running mantainence of STP or overhauling of motor and pump required and any Butterfly valve, MCCB, MCB, relay, blower fan, blower servicing, oil replacement, and any items of STP plant should be replace without any extra cost. it will be the contractors sole responsibility to mantain the STP in working condition. If the contractor fails to keep the STP in working condition, recovery of Rs.5000/- per day per installation will be done and after a notice of 10 days if the STP is not made to order then the contract will be cancelled and performance security forfeited.

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP) AT AVA HILL Designing (hydraulically, structurally & aesthetically), providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of STP of capacity 75 cum/day (KLD) with SCADA Compliant MCC Panel with OCEMS (suiting to the climatic conditions of the site) consisting of RCC Collection Sump, Inlet Chamber, Fine bar Screen chamber (manual) with steel screen, Oil & Grease Remover, Grit separator, Equalization Tank (2 Tanks of 50% Capacity each), Air Grid for Equalization Tanks, Feed Pumps (2 Nos), Moving Bed Bio Reactor (s) with plastic media (of appropriate density, size and quantity to keep very high MLSS > 15,000 mg/lit), Air Blowers for MBBR, Tube Settler assembly, Sludge Drying Bed of appropriate size, Chlorine Dozing System, Chlorine contact tank, Treated Water Collection Sump, Foundation for all E/M equipments, Associated piping work with required valves, gates, drains, pathways, Electrical control Panel with interconnecting cable, spare parts for 2 years of operation, etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical, digital and mechanical works as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes complete. (Also refer important Notes below). For tertiary treatment it also includes Filter Feed Tank, Filter Feed Pumps, Dual Media Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Treated water Tank. Treated water can be used for irrigation, horticulture, fire fighting and MT wash at Ava Hill complete all as directed.
