SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP) AT AVA HILL Designing (hydraulically, structurally & aesthetically), providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of STP of capacity 75 cum/day (KLD) with SCADA Compliant MCC Panel with OCEMS (suiting to the climatic conditions of the site) consisting of RCC Collection Sump, Inlet Chamber, Fine bar Screen chamber (manual) with steel screen, Oil & Grease Remover, Grit separator, Equalization Tank (2 Tanks of 50% Capacity each), Air Grid for Equalization Tanks, Feed Pumps (2 Nos), Moving Bed Bio Reactor (s) with plastic media (of appropriate density, size and quantity to keep very high MLSS > 15,000 mg/lit), Air Blowers for MBBR, Tube Settler assembly, Sludge Drying Bed of appropriate size, Chlorine Dozing System, Chlorine contact tank, Treated Water Collection Sump, Foundation for all E/M equipments, Associated piping work with required valves, gates, drains, pathways, Electrical control Panel with interconnecting cable, spare parts for 2 years of operation, etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical, digital and mechanical works as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes complete. (Also refer important Notes below). For tertiary treatment it also includes Filter Feed Tank, Filter Feed Pumps, Dual Media Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Treated water Tank. Treated water can be used for irrigation, horticulture, fire fighting and MT wash at Ava Hill complete all as directed.

M&L for opening air blower set twin lobe type of capacity 250 m3/hr Make: Everest/Usha, de-coupling blower & motor after isolating electric and air pipe connections, opening air compressor for repair/ overhauling & servicing and alignment of shaft including necessary lathe works and replacement of old /unserviceable items as mentioned below, reassemblying motor & blower set, greasing, connecting, testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Location: STP 360 KLD (Tondon Camp), STP 200 KLD (BT Area), STP 125 KLD (ST Area) (ii) Spare parts shall be measured & paid seperatly under relevent items as supply only. (iii) Any minor parts not mentioned below but required for successful operation of air blower shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost.

Operation and maintenance of the existing STP Plant 4.0 MLD capacity based on SBR technology, O & M of all machineries, electric equipments including DG set. (POL excluded), all Pump set and treated water disposal pumps electrical equipments repairing included, complete system & Laboratory, Campus Cleaning ,parks treated water line operations etc. and submitting third party parameter reports of treated water per month. As per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Survey, Investigation, Design, Installation, Testing, Cmmissioning, Supply and Construction of Nature Based STP- 300 KLD with Coarse Screen Chamber With Grit Chamber Before STP on any proven technology including Preliminary Treatment of waste water / raw water, secondary treatment , tertiary treatment ( if required to achieve treated effluent parameters as per NGT Norms ), lifting up of waste water/ raw water with pumps, sludge handling , outfall sewer, treated water pumping if required to dispose into river , required buildings , earth filling , site development, boundry wall , electric connection in STP if required for complete campus and allied works in an odour free environment as per scope of bid document with one year of defects liability period for civil works and two year DLP for e/m works that shall include but not limited to getting NOC from different departments , vetting of design drawing from IIT/any govt. technical reputed institute, third party testing of influent, treated effluent, sludge and other related works. Note- IN case of technology provider , technology provider must have register office in india.

Air blowers for MBBR (02 No's), tube settlers assay, sludge pump screw type 02 No's Sludge dewatering centrifugal, sludge holding tank, Air grid for sludge holding, chlorine dozing system chlorine contact tank, foundation for all E/M equipment's, associated typing work with reqd valves, gates, drains, pathways, electrical control panel with inter connecting cable, spare parts for 2 years of operation, etc. complete as turned key job with all involved civil, electrical, digital and mechanical works as per detail specification for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes complete.
