NS Item -STP (SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT) 3.00 MLD: Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 3.00 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) including Electrical, Mechanical, Piping and Instrumentation work with PLC and SCADA arrangement for STP integrated with MPS including furniture and laboratory equipment as per detail and specifications mentioned in attached additional documents along with following provisions: 1.1 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 6 No. LED suitable size, outdoor type energy efficient lamps on each pole, 20 no. LED outdoor light with 7 m. high GI pole alongroad / path including all accessories complete in all respect. 1.2 Supply and fixing of 1 No. 3.65 m wide SS 304 main Gate along with1.25 m. wide wicket gate at STP to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Total weight not less than 500 kg). 1.3 CC TV CAMERAS: Providing and Installing 6 CCTV Cameras (4 Cameras for STP and 2 Camera at MPS-1) within 96 hours of signing the agreement along with 120 days recording (DVR), 48 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel DVR at STP and MPS Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras at MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site complete in all respect. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50X zoom camera, CP Plus Internet Protocol minimum 5 MP WDR, Night vision color mode, IR range up to 150 m. CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting of the work. Make: Sony / Canon / Panasonic / Samsung 1.4 EWQMS (Effluent water quality monitoring system): Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 3.00 MLD capacity STP for online (continuous) measurement of PH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cables, local data acquisition and display of data on continuous basis for up linking the data to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED, TUV approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents. 1.4.1 Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting up to 18 intelligent sensors Scope including 8 analog inputs /outputs (4 inputs and 4 outputs) (0/4-20Ma), wide- range power supply Optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of the UV-VIS range, for measurement in the outlet / effluent of 3.00 MLD capacity STP with integrated with automatic cleaning complete in all respect. 1.4.2 Robust digital pH/ORP sensor for pH/ORP electrodes, with built-in pre-amplifier and temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) Cable length 100 Meter (minimum) complete in all respect. 1.4.3 Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors, with IP68 water proof connection to the intelligent Sensor Net system. Cable length 100 meter (minimum) complete in all respect. 1.4.4 Data transfer to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED servers complete in all respect. 1.4.5 Providing GSM 3G, 4G modem with mobile network connectivity including network including complete in all respect. 1.5 Conveyance of treated effluent from chlorine contact tank to effluent collection tank through suitable size DI K9 pipe along with cost of pipe, sluice valves, specials, material and labor complete in all respect. Supply Indoor Type 11KV VCB Control Cubical Panel with vertical Isolation Type Breaker as per Relevant IS as amended up to Date and Additional Specifications, having Capacities as Mentioned Below, Single break trip free mechanism, manually charged and Auto/Manually closing breaker suitable for use on 11kv, 3 phase 50hz AC, Supply with short circuit fault level of 500 Amps Capacity, breaker featured with local ON/OFF indicator with hand trip device, spring release coil, shunt trip coil and auxiliary switch of 2NOplus 2NC and equipped with following switch gears and accessories including making suitable structure arrangement for installation, control wiring and connections etc. as reqd. (1 IC plus 2 OG) a). VCB, 11KV, 630Amp, 50KA. b). 1ph 11KV/110 Volts PT (indoor type) Class 0.2 Accuracy and 100 VA burden -3 no’s. c). 33KV indoor dead type dual core dual ratio 3CTs of ratio 200-100/5-5 A of 15 VA burden, PS 5 P10 and accuracy class 0.2. d). Control panel- Cubicle type control panel suitable for floor mounting made out of 1.63 mm CR sheet duly powder coated and with following relays. e). Survey, Investigation, Design, Installation, Testing, Cmmissioning, Supply and Construction of Nature Based STP of followoing capacity with Coarse Screen Chamber with Grit Chamber Before STP on any proven technology including Preliminary Treatment of waste water / raw water, secondary treatment , tertiary treatment ( if required to achieve treated effluent parameters as per NGT Norms ), lifting up of waste water/ raw water with pumps, sludge handling , outfall sewer, treated water pumping if required to dispose into river , required buildings , earth filling , site development, boundry wall , electric connection in STP if required for complete campus and allied works in an odour free environment as per scope of bid document with one year of defects liability period for civil works and two year DLP for e/m works that shall include but not limited to getting NOC from different departments , vetting of design drawing from IIT/any govt. technical reputed institute, third party testing of influent, treated effluent, sludge and other related works. Note- IN case of technology provider , technology provider must have register office in india.

JOB: Repairing and Maintenance of different Bituminous Roads inside township and other areas at STPS (Phase-2). NOTE: For detail description of works/items, please see 'Schedule of Work' as enclosed alonghwith NIT.
