M&L for collecting the samples from raw sewage sump and treated water sump monthly from STP i.e. before and after treatment, sample handling, transporting to NABL approved accredited laboratory to carry out the analysis of the following as per latest IS methods complete all as specified and as directed. (i)BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand) (ii)COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) (iii)TSS(Total Suspended Solids) (iv) Fecal Coliform (v)Turbidity (vi)PH (vii)Total kjeldahl Nitrogen (viii Total Phosphorous (ix) Total Ammonia Nitrogen

Supply of all materials & manpower in three shifts in addition to general shift for smooth and continuous running, operation & maintenance of existing 2.00 MLD sewage treatment plant (STP) with supply of required number of appropriate experienced man power in all shifts as O & M crew with proper tools including testing in the plant laboratory on daily basis as per IS 3025 (pH,CoD,BoD,DO,TDS,TSS,Turbidity,oil and grease,checking of MLSS,F/M ratio, SRT,Temperature etc.) with supply of all chemical reagents required for testing, as per scope of work with maintaining all records ,attending to routine/ preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of all type of breakdown to all the assets of treatment units like Pumps, gear boxes, difusers,bridge, air blowers, Submersible pumps, clarifier assemblies, hand rails, membrane, bar screen,pipes,valves, filter beds, sludge handling, CONTACTOR,CIRCUIT BREAKERS,RELAY,PUSH BUTTON,WIRING ,illumination like halogen/LED lights ,Tube lights, fans etc.including all cost of labour & material for total maintenance but excluding cost of O&M of transformer, including deployment of one qualified, experienced and competent technical person to ensure an efficient, effective operation and maintenance. If during the operation , the pumps, motors or any other equipment/installations becomes unworkable & unrepairable, then the replacement of the same from the reputed manufacturers shall be done by the agency one to one at his/their own cost, including functioning, running and maintenance of pumps, pipes, valves, electrical installations , instrumentation, maintaining log Book/history book for running of electrical pumps, D.G Sets, Diesel Engine etc , to environmentally safer treated water confirming to IS standard etc. with cost & supply of all labour,materials, T&P,taxes etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. ( Excluding GST). NB:(i)The contractor shall pay rate of wages against item no.1 for the workmen force engaged, as per the approved labour rate of Govt. of India/PPA as notified from time to time. Please refer to clause no. 2.8 of Special Conditions of Contract for deployment of workforce required for the Operation & Maintenance. (ii) The contractor shall pay any wage hike, canteen allowance @Rs.80/Per day/each, washing allowance @Rs.45/Per day/each, Transport allowance @Rs.60/Per day/each, Welfare allowance @Rs.60/Per day/each, EPF, ESI contribution as per the norms, Leave salary @1 day salary for 20 days work, retrenchment benefits @15 days wages per year, Natural death insurance @Rs.1500/per year, Accidental death insurance @Rs.350/per year , PLR @Rs.13440/-/per year will be paid to the workers and will be reimbursed as per actual on submission of documentary evidence towards the payment. (iii)The contractor shall provide Personal Protective Equipments (PPEs)to the workmen force engaged with an expenditure towards PPE maximum up to Rs.4330/- per person/year & will be reimbursed as per actual on submission of documentary evidence towards the payment.

Designing (Hydraulically . Structurally and aesthetically), Providing constructing hydraulic testing, commissioning of sewage treatment plant (450 KLD Capacity) consisting of coarse bar screening chamber (RCC) with steel screening (Manual), receiving sump RCC, Submersible pumps in receiving sump, stilling chamber in RCC, fine bar screen chamber ( Manual) RCC with steel screen, oil & grease remover (RCC), Grit separator equalization tank (two tank of 50% capacity each), air grid for equalization tank, feed pumps 02 No's, moving bed Bio reactor (s) with plastic media of appropriate density , size and quality to keep very high MLSS greater than 15000mg / litre). Air blowers for MBBR (02 No's), tube settlers assay, sludge pump screw type 02 No's Sludge dewatering centrifugal, sludge holding tank, Air grid for sludge holding, chlorine dozing system chlorine contact tank, foundation for all E/M equipment's, associated piping work with reqd valves, gates, drains, pathways, electrical control panel with inter connecting cable, spare parts for 2 years of operation, etc. complete as turned key job with all involved civil, electrical, digital and mechanical works as per detail specification for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes complete.
