a) New AI enabled STP centralized monitoring software platform (Web + Mobile + API) exclusively to CMWSSB, Design & development of the custom Used Water Sentinel System (web, mobile, API). Modules: data ingestion, real time dashboards, alarms/ notifications, historical trends, analytics, role based access, reporting. Built on modern stack (React + Node/Python + PostgreSQL). Includes UI/UX, testing (unit/ integration/ UAT), and deployment. b) Secure role-based user access, realtime process visibility, performance dashboards, and automated reporting. The system will integrate advanced AI/ML algorithms for predictive analytics, enabling early detection of equipment deterioration, treatment inefficiencies, and compliance risks. Intelligent alerting through SMS, email and app notifications will support timely action, while built-in Root Cause Analysis tools will identify recurring failure patterns and operational gaps. c) The platform will auto generate regulatory performance and environmental compliance reports, monitor key STP KPIs such as influent/effluent quality, energy usage, aeration efficiency, chemical dosage and sludge treatment effectiveness, and maintain full audit trails with secure cloud data storage. Scalable for all current and future STPs of CMWSSB, the solution will ensure standardized operations, risk-free monitoring continuity and lifecycle-based decision support for improved wastewater treatment performance.

Repairs to Water Proofing Treatment in MCS Section inside SAF, Kanpur
M&L for APP modified membrane water proofing treatment on the roof slab as specified. (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign material & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface apply a uniform coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 liter/sqm till the surface properly impregnated. (c) On this primed surface, applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20kg/sqm over the entire surfaces and then providing a layer of App based of polymeric membrane (Make-STP/IWL/Asianpaints or equivalent ) weighing 3.0 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick. (d) After laying APP membrane , applying a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @1.20 kg/sqm. (e) The overlap between membrane joints shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction and 100mm on transverse direction. (f) Top most layer of surface finish shall be with EMA paint @ 0.50kg/sqm. Test Certificate of Cement and APP membrane is required during sample approved by E-I-C. Specifications of material used should confirm to clause No. 11.43 and their sub clause of MES SSR 2009 Part-1.
