Replacement of damaged MS Pipe with DI pipes and providing Sluice valves to Motor suction and Delivery at ELSR filling booster at Andhra Prabha Colony in Works Division-II Area

Supply and delivery of DI double flanged sluice valves conforming to IS-14846 (with upto date amendments, if any) including gear arrangements for the following dia as per test pressure havind body, bonnet, dome, stool cover, wedge, stuffing box, gland, thrust plate, cap/hand wheel with DI; stem, body seat ring, wedge facing ring, bushes, bolts, nuts, pinion and pinion shaft with stainless steel (IS: 6603); wedge nut, shoe, channel with leaded tin bronze (IS:318); gasket with neoprene rubber; gland packing with rubber, gear, gear housing with cast steel excluding all taxes and transportation, etc., complete. Cost of MS flanges including bolts, nuts, rubber packing etc., complete and flange thickness conforming to IS:7322-1985 and flange dimensions conforming to IS:1538-1993 excluding cost of MS specials including cost and conveyance to site etc., complete. (For 150mm dia x 15mm thick)

Centrifugally cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Fittings conforming to IS:9523/2000 having dimensions as per table. The rates mentioned here under are for fittings, zinc coated externally with inside mortar lining (with finishing as per Class 13/IS 9523/2000) (Ex-works) excluding transportation and all taxes.

Manufacturing, supply, delivery and fixing of MS pipe using with MS plates including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for cutting, welding, grinding and fixing etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.

Manufacturing, supply, delivery and fixing of MS Iron gate, MS Grill using with MS Angulars, MS Flats including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for cutting, welding, grinding and fixing etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 50mtrs and lift of 3mtrs in loamy and clayey soils like black cotton soils, redearth and ordinary gravel as per SS 20-B. For pipeline trench (d>2h)

Supply and delivery of quarry dust from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for stacking at site to departmental guage, spreading, sectioning, seignorage, watering etc., complete as per specification.

Jointing CI pipes, fittings and valves and flanged ends including cost of jointing materials such as bolts, rubber insertion, white lead including filling with water, with lead upto 500mts and testing to required pressure complete. (Reference to specifications. BIS No.3114/1994)

Lowering, keeping in position and fixing CI sluice valves (with cap / with hand wheel & reflex valves) excluding cost of bolts, nuts, rubber insertion, sluice valve and tail pieces etc., complete as per SS. (For 150mm dia Sluice valves)

Providing interconnection between to the existing pipe line and newly laid AC pipe line including of all necessary inter connection materials and washers and man mazdoors etc.,etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities. (For 400mm dia)

Labour to be engaged for clear the site etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.

Bailing out of water with oil engine, driven pumpset including hire charges, fuel charges and wages of driver and helper etc., complete as per the directions of departmental authorities.

Removing of Old Valves, damaged pipes, damaged motor stands, removing ms channales with gas cutting at ELSR Booster in Andhra Prabha Colony including all labour Charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.

Providing brick pedastals at pipe supportings, brick holes filling and pit dismantaling etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.

Providing concrete for plain concrete (M20 Nominal mix) using 330 Kgs Cement 20 mm,10mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH

Construction of Masonary Sluice Valve pits suitable to the sluice valves of size as per TD No. 4/1941 (For 150mm to 175mm dia sluice valve)
