Providing Canopies of size 10’x10’, Four chairs, two steel tables with cloth coverings, one light, green carpet of size 10’x10’, one wooden table of size 6’x4’, side walls of size 30’x8’, and one banner of size 8’x2’, all on hire basis, including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, and all incidental expenses as directed by the departmental authorities.

Fixing steel barricading with MS Angle Iron Pegs and GI Pipes with nuts & boltsduly excavating pits and its removal after the function is over including transporting of the entire barricading materials from the Divisional stores to the barricading site duly engaging labour to load, transport and unload the materials at barricading site & as per the schedule given by the departmental authorities and loading back into the trucks, unloading at Divisional stores, accounting for the received materials,labour for loading, unloading, fixing,handling etc, complete for finished item of work.

Supply and delivery of Banners of various sizes for fixing at water Distribution points and Toilets including cost, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.
