Production and Distribution of Drinking Water in pouches by deployment of the Mobile Water Treatment Plant, engagement of necessary labour for the production and distribution of the pouches, necessary transportation of the Mobile Water Treatment Plant to-and-fro to the event venue or carriage of the pouches; all complete as directed. Provision of drinking water facility through 2 nos. Water Dispensers with 1 no of Table, 1 no of Chair and 1 no of Dustbin including Service Boy with jacket, necessary refilling of water dispensers etc.; all complete as directed. (Scope of Work and Annexure-I of the Bid Document may be referred)

Provision of Paper Glass for drinking water facility; all complete as directed. (Scope of Work and Annexure-I of the Bid Document may be referred)

Supply and delivery of 20 Ltrs packaged drinking water filled up jars to the event site, including loading, transportation, unloading, handling and carrying to designated locations within the venue; all complete as directed. (Scope of Work and Annexure-I of the Bid Document may be referred)

Provision of Dustbin Bag; all complete as directed. (Scope of Work and Annexure-I of the Bid Document may be referred)

Provision of Utility Water for kitchen, bathing and toilet to be carried through Mobile Water Tanker available in the PHE Division store, providing manifold and necessary interconnections for dispensing / supply of the water, necessary maintenance as required, return back of the mobile water tanker to the Divisional store on completion of the event; all complete as directed. Provision of Utility Water for kitchen, bathing and toilet through installation of shallow tube well in the venue, including necessary interconnections for drawal of water and filling in LDPE / PVC tanks (on hire basis) of 2000 ltrs. Hiring of private Water Tankers for re-filling of departmental Water Tankers and LDPE / PVC Tanks during the event, inclusive of all incidentals; all complete as directed. (Scope of Work and Annexure-I of the Bid Document may be referred) i) For Water Tanker of capacity 12000 Ltrs.

ii) For Water Tanker of capacity 6000 Ltrs.
