Construction of damaged manholes on trunk line at Jagarlamudi vari street in Lakshmi nagar 28th Division

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonary, cement concrete, wood work, steel work including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH. Construction of circular manholes with a slope of 20mm to 50mm in the channel along with sewer lines as per the approved deparmental drawings including cutting of CC / BT / WBM, earthwork excavation and laying of CC M10 bed with 40mm HBG metal, brick work with CM (1:3) for manhole using 2nd class best quality. The rate incldues plastering with CM (1:3) 20mm thick both inside and outside and smooth finishing of sewer channel, providing top coping 150mm thick with RCC M30 Design mix using 400Kgs of Cement/cum including supply and fixing of 35 HD manhole cover as per BIS:12592 (Part 1&2) with frame and encapsulated plastic steps including cost and conveyance of all materials including cost and fabricatio of steel used in RCC coping as per SS including benching, channeling, finishing and refilling with excavated earth and conveyance of surplus earth etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental authorities for finished item of work. For maintenance of Circular Manhole 5.40m deep (5.26 to 5.55m) LRWA 310

Bailing of water from the pipeline trenches with oil engine driver pump sets including hire charges, fuel charges and wages for driver and helper etc., complete as per SSR and as directed by the departmental authorities.

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-V of MORT&H Table-400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per clause 401 MORTH (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collection and supply of dust for filling including cost and conveyance charges, spreading, sectioning etc., complete.

Providing concrete for plain concrete (M10) using 220Kgs cement, 40mm nominal size hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days etc., complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH.

Providing concrete for plain concrete (M20 Design Mix) using 343Kgs cement 20mm, 10mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days etc., complete and as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH.

Engaging Hydraulic tractor on hire basis for carting away the unwanted debries including cost and conveyance of fuel, driver and helper etc., complete and as directed by the departmental authorities. (5 trips a day)
