Brick Masonry work in CM (1:6) prop with Flyash cement solid blocks / Fal-G Blocks of size 290x150x140mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80kgs, cement of 15kgs. Gypsum of 5kgs. and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding and curing etc., complete with a compresive strength not lessthan 50 Kg/sqm for walls as per S.S and as directed by the departmental authorities.

Plastering in CM (1:4) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing of mortar, curing etc., complete as per S.S.

Painting with priming coat on new plastered surface using best quality cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of losse powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS

Painting two coats with best quality Plastic emulsion paint of Grade-I variety of approved colour and make over external walls to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per S.S and as directed by the departmental authorities.

Construction of un-reinforced Plain Cement Concrete Pavement of M30 Grade, thickness as per design, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for all operations etc., complete as directed.

Augoring and boring of holes in site for Bored cast-in-situ R.C.C. Piles for foundations in loamy, clayey soils like Black cotton soils and ordinary soils without under reams as per IS 2911 - 1980 as per approved designs including all operations, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, augor bore drill and shell equipment etc., complete for all depths and for finished item of work for 300mm dia. of Piles.
