Providing BT patch work for pot holes using 40-45 mm HBG metal with reavired quantity of 12mm to 14mm size HBG key chips and 42Kgs of 80/100 grade Bitumen for 1 cum of work for filling the pot holes including removal at loose material in the pot holes. Trimming the edgs to provide firm vertical faces, clearing applying tack coat filling the pot holes com pacted with the power road roller and finishing including cost and conveyence and all T & P chargs for all labourcharges for all operating charges etc complete for finished item of work and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Providing BT Wearing coat 20mm thick over the existing BT surface with 0.27 cum of 10-12mm size HG chips per 10sqm,80/100 grade Bitumen per 1cum of chips laid over tack coat of 7.50Kgs of Bitumen per 10sqm ver WBM surface using a total qty of 21.54 kgs of Bitumen 80/100 grade including cost and conveyence of Bitumen and all other labour chargs for brushing cleaning mechanical heating of Bitumen to required temparature mechine mixing of Bitumen and chips spreading the premix to the required camber and rolling with power roller of 8-10 Tonns and hire and operational chargs and T&P etc complete
Providing B.T. Seal coat with 0.09 cum of 5 to 7mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips per 10sqm including cost and conveyance to road side and stacking to departmental guage for pre-measurements, premixed using a total quantity of 9.80 Kgs. of bitumen 80/100 grade per 10sqm laid simultaneously along with BTSD/BTRC including cost and conveyance of bitumen and all other materials to site and labour charges for brushing, cleaning, mechanically heating of bitumen to the required temperature, machine mixing bitumen and chips, convey the premix to side by wheel borrows, spreading premix, sectioning to the required camber and rolling with 8-10 tonne power road roller and hire and operational charges of T&P and power road roller, barricading and diversion of traffic, providing caution boards and banner flags during day time and danger lights during night time etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS No.1512.
Supplying of hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound, 2.5mm thick includig reflectorsing glass beads @ 250gms with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applies glass bead as per IRC:35, the material should be of BERGER company BERGER equivalent / Equivalent brand and must comply with the following: a) white index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measured against standard reference. The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for checking up the white index in the department lab. In case the department approves the white index of any vendor, the department engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at site against the approved panel. In case of any major deviation, beyond acceptance limit, department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consingment of the said material and will compell the vendor has to repalce the full consignment by the desired material as per approved panel at his own cost and additional demurrages may be claimed due to loss of man days (as per the rules of the department) b) Luminanace factor of the material should be in the range of 80-85% at 45degree centigrade as per AASTHOM 249. c)Crack resistance: The applied danel cured for 7 days under amblent condition and then should be tested as per BS3262, part-1 1989 and should pass at the range of '0' degree centigrade to '-10' degree centigrade D) Adhesion: Strong E) Softening point:102 degree centrigrade F) Dried film finish: Smooth and uniform G) Night vision: High as directed by the Eingieer-in Charge and confirming to IS164-1961 (1st revision reaffirmed in 1986)
Supply and fixing of twin Molded Shanks raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS molded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000Kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 type H and complying to specifications of Category A of MORTH circular no RW/ NH- 33023/10-97 - Do III, Dt.11-06-1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50mm, 100mm and 100mm with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19+/- 2mm and height not less than 30+/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700Kgs. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the twin shanks to go inside without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
