Designing, engineering, financing, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance of the power station under and in accordance with the provisions of a long term agreement for supply of Electricity (the “Power Supply Agreement- DBFOO” or the “PSA- DBFOO”) to be entered into between the Supplier and the Utility in the form provided by the utility.
