Providing concrete for plain concrete (M10) using 220 Kgs Cement ,40 mm nominal size hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH

Providing concrete for plain concrete (M20 Design mix) using 343 Kgs Cement 40mm,20 mm,10mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD. Supply and placing of the RCC M20 (Design Mix) concrete corresponding to IS 456 using weigh batcher / 60% of mixer 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) 40% of 12mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggrregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including seigniorage charges, on all labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed ( HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) Steel bars of SAIL / VSP / TATA (Fe 415 / Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming frills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS.

Manufacturing, Supply, Delivery and fixing of M.S. Iron Gate , MS Grill using with M.S. Angulars, M.S. flats including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for cutting, welding, grinding and fixing etc., , complete.as directed by the departmental authorities.

Supply Of 25mm thick high performance expansion joint filter board (SILFLEXCAPCELLHD-100 or equivalent make), placing the same 25mm below top of pavement slab sealing with bituminous hot sealing compound (Grade-A-ISI) polysulphudiet 50mm interval in CC pavement incl. cost and conveyance of all materials but excl. labour charges for placing in position, for expansion joins confirming to MORTH specifications-602-1Rmt of joint length.
