Work of Balli Barricading, Chakravyuh Barrier and Temporary Fire Watch Towers etc. under Kumbh Mela-2027. (On rental basis).

Barricading of two balli: - In which the horizontal balli will be 2.5" to 3.5" in diameter with 4"to 5" diameter of posts. The distance of the posts will be 8'. These will be firmly buried 2.5' deep in ground. The balli will be firmly tied with a nail and coconut rope on knots. These horizontally ballis will be at a distance of 2'.

Chakravyuh Barricading: - In which the 5" diameter thickness pegs will be 3' deep in ground and 5' above the ground. The pegs will be at a distance of 6'. The first horizontal balli on these pegs is 1.5' above the bottom and the remaining three horizontal balli at the distance of 1' will be tied firmly with a rope of coconut and nail. These ballis will be 2.5" to 3" in diameter. A cross of 2” to 2.5” thick balli will be placed between the two pillars on the outer circle of the Chakravyuh.

2" diameter balli barricading at the parking spots: - In which the bamboo posts of 3" diameter at the distance of 10' will be buried 2' deep in the ground. Those will be 5 ' above the ground, at a distance of 2 '; on these pegs 2" diameter bamboo will be firmly tied with coconut rope.

Monitoring Platform: Total Height will be 24 ' in which first floor 8' and second floor 16'. The balli will be made from eucalyptis wood with diameter of 8". The first floor will be at 8 'and of 8'x8' size and the second floor will be of 6'x6 'at 16'. Both the floors will be made on 1.5 "thick wooden plank with strong batton at 1' spacing. The inside ladder will be made to go to both the floors. Their roof will be covereded by tin and one tin will run horizontally at each floor. A railing at second floor will be made with a 2"diameter balli at a height of 2.5 '. At first floor and ground floor, one horizontal tin railing/ barrier to be provided. The four balli from the tower will be firmly attached to the balli lying at a height of one feet from the ground and crosses will be placed around all the joints and crosses of the tower will be firmly tied with coir rope and thick nail .

Instruction Platform - Height 18', The first floor will be built on a 6" diameter thick balli of Eucalyptus at 10' height. The first floor will be 6'x6' at a height of 10' made of 1.5" thick wooden planks supported with battons at a distance of 1'-1' below. There will be a strong bamboo ladder to climb. The top floor will be surrounded by a 2" diameter balli at a height of 2.5" to act as a railing. The roof will be made by Tin in the form of a inverted "V". Cross bracing all side to be provided by Balli. After applying a thick nail and coconut rope to all the joints and crosses of the tower. The four bats will be firmly attached at the height of 1' from ground with big bats.

Fire Watch Towers: - Elevation 24' First floor will be made of 8 "diameter balli of Eucalyptis at 16 ' height . First floor will be 6'x6' at 16 '. Floor will be made by 1.5" planks supported by battons at 1'-1' from below. The first floor will be provided a railing of 2" diameter balli at a height of 2.5". A strong Bamboo ladder will be used to climb on the platform. The roof will be made of tin shed of inverted 'V' shape. All four ballis are firmly reinforced by a balli lying at 1' height and All the joints and crosses of the tower will be fastened firmly with a rope of coconut after applying thick nails.

Wooden Barrier: - Length of barrier 25' to 30 ' and balli of Eucalyptus. The diameter of the bat will be 6" and at the rope end to be 3". On the thick ends of the bat, a stone of approx 100 Kg has to be firmly tied. The barrier rope will be 30' long and 1/2″ in diameter. There will be two strong Balli posts on the side of the weight, which will be 4' deep in the ground and which will be 6' above the ground and the diameter of the posts will be 6 ". Two posts will be inserted on the side of the rope as above. Iron rod of 1" diameter will be placed to act as a fulcrum. In addition to this, reflectors will be installed at a distance of 3' between them at the barrier's on the roads.

Iron barrier- 30' long iron pipe which will be 4" in diameter on one side and 3" on the other side. It will be fixed on iron girders in such a way when barrier is closed it should be at the height of 4' from the ground level for this adequate weight should be provided at 4" thick end of barrier . The strong nylon rope wilth 1/2" diameter should be used to drop the barrier. A 1/2" diameter ring will be fitted to trap the rope guard when the barrier falls. This entire pipe will be painted with flashing yellow and red paint. Reflectors will be placed on the pipe at a distance of 3' between them.

Barricading 4 line of 3" dia. Ballis as required including posts at 10' c/c including Supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/IC.
