(a) Excavation in trenches in sludge/soft/loose/soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.00 mtr width for laying/ repair of CI pipe etc. of any size and getting out complete up to 6 mtr in length and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Taking out old damaged length existing CI Pipe 150 mm dia joints up to length of 04 mtrs in running line by cutting with gas cutter or any method as approved by Engr in charge and the dismantling CI pipe shall be taken under credit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Cutting the old CI pipe 150 mm dia, and supplying and fixing 150 mm dia CI pipe class B Duly ISI marked 04 mtrs and connecting lead jointing, testing the pipe. Note:- The unit rate is to be deemed to include for cutting old pipe upto required size and transport up to work shop for grinding and fine finishing for cutting complete as per site requirement. (d) Supply and fixing of bolts nuts with two washers full threaded -08 No (01 kg) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (e) Supply and fixing of Cast iron double clamp 150 mm dia two sets with eight nos rubber gasket dully ISI marked as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (f) Returning and filling in, including spreading , levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. (g) Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr height from starting point and directed by Engr in charge. Note: Contractor should include the rate of T & P Lighting arrangement / generator fire wood for complete the work and work has to be complete within 24 hrs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. Note:- All the pipe line reconnect the pipe main line and testing the line for entire satisfaction of directed by Engr in Charge.
