Outsourcing of housekeeping and conservancy services(Sweeper) for GE office complex,AGE B/R I,AGE B/R-II,AGE E/M ,BSO OFFICE COMPLEX (from 0800hrs - 1600 hrs) duration for each working day. Note : 1. Nos of min person required per day - 04 Nos. 2. Unit Rate shall be of per day basis for 04 SWEAPER/CONSERVANCY. 3. Qualification & Experience - (i) Should be well conversent of hindi languages in reading/writing. (ii) Should have experience/Proficiency in the similar work. 4. Scope of works - Cleaning/moping/brooming down of office permisses, dusting of tables/chairs and cleaning of toilets every working day in morning. Disinfection of rooms, removal of cob-webs, cleaning of window glass panes, doors once in a week. Cleaning of roofs/drains before onset of mansoon. 5. T&P -Tools like brooms, brushes, dusters etc & Consumable materilas like Phenyle, Acid, Floor cleaner shall be provided by Contractor & cost of these shall be deemed inclusive in unit rate., Water shall be provided by MES.
