Employer may require the Key Personnel to visit the Employers’ Site office/ Head Office. The quoted amount should include travel fare for 60 round trip to Employer’s Head office and 60 round office to Employer’s site office includes Hotel charges (lodging & boarding), travel cost etc. complete.
Schedule-F-Office Rent (Fixed Costs) – Minimum 200 sqm area of office shall be rented:
Minimum 200 sqm office at 2 locations (one at Mainpuri and one at Kannauj ) shall be rented close to the project corridor and the office rent includes electricity and water charges, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, security etc. complete.

Schedule-G-Office Supplies, Utilities and Communication (Fixed Costs)
The cost shall include of office supplies, drafting supplies, computer running cost, domestic and international communication etc. as required for office functioning.
