Labour charges for fabrication and replacement of Screen cloth panel (mesh) for Vibrating Screens of M-1(Crusher House)/CHP(MM)-1&2/Dr.NTTPS.

Labour charges for replacement of supporting beams in top deck or bottom deck for Vibrating Screens of M-1(Crusher House)/CHP(MM)-1&2/Dr.NTTPS.

Labour charges for replacement of Vibrator sheave/Motor sheave for Vibrating screens of M-1(Crusher House)/CHP(MM)-1&2/Dr.NTTPS.

Labour charges for replacement of Pivot Motor bed assembly for Vibrating screens of M-1(Crusher House)/CHP(MM)-1&2/Dr.NTTPS

Labour charges for replacement and overhauling of TE-125 gear box in M-1(Crusher House)/CHP(MM)-1&2/Dr.NTTPS.

Fabrication and erection of new feed end plate (both compartments)compartment 1= 3.1mtr*0.450mtr and compartment 2= 3.1mtr*0.750mtr) of Screen body and their body liners ,providing angulars and pipe supports to feed end strengthening live frame assemblyof vibrating screens in M 1 Crushers/CHP MM 1&2/Dr NTTPS.

Replacement of springs for Vibrating screens in M 1 Crushers/CHP MM 1&2/Dr NTTPS.

Reconditioning of damaged screen body on non drive/drive end side of of Vibrating screen

Dismantling, reconditioning and overhauling of existing RP gates .

Fixing of 50/75mm angular supports to vibrating screen feed end plate and all top deck/beams for entire live frame assembly for Vibrating screen.

Note:1. The firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/less on the above mentioned total amount for carrying out the subject work as & when required during the year 2026-27 as per the scope of work attached to this schedule

2. The statutory appliances EPF , ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittances and limited to the rates & rules applicable from time to time.GST will be paid extra as per the rates & rules applicable from time to time.

3.If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer will be liable for rejection

4. The standard field quality plan should be enclosed to the tender enquiry by incorporating the clause that ”the contractor should submit the FQP duly signed along with the tender schedule

5. FQP shall be approved by QC wing

6. The contractor should engage sufficient man power for completion of the work within time as instructed by the Engineer In charge without fail or else necessary action will be initiated
