Providing Housekeeping, Pest Control and Lawn maintenance services for APTRANSCO Office Complex and APTRANSCO Guest House at Gunadala, Vijayawada for a period of 12 Months from 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027 or from the date of handing over of site whichever is later.

Attending daily housekeeping works like cleaning, sweeping, mopping of rooms, corridors, staircases, porticos; attending scavenging works for cleaning of general and attached toilets in all floors of building including toilet bowls, urinals, sinks, walls, doors; upkeeping of interiors by removal of cobwebs on walls & ceilings, dusting of furniture, fixtures, fans and air conditioners, window panels, railings, passenger lifts; disposal of garbage; cleaning of overhead tanks and attending works in Vidyut Soudha Premises, Vijayawada etc., using requisite tools, consumables, materials, tools and plants, machinery, equipment as per the specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of charges for material required for upkeeping of internal premises such as Disinfectants, Room Fresheners and other consumables, Hire charges of Machinery and Supervision.

Attending daily maintenance of plants and lawn, parking sheds, sweeping of roads etc., related to upkeeping, cleaning of drains, etc., using requisite materials, tools, consumables, fertilisers, pesticides etc., and machinery for Vidyut Soudha Premises, Vijayawada including supervision charges and manpower as per the specification and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Provision towards Pest Control for External Facilities i.e. fogging Minimum Four Times in a month), mosquito control repellants, pest control services and rodent control services in Vidyut Soudha premises as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Provision towards Pest and Rodent Control for Internal Facilities i.e., general pest management, rodent management and fly management as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing 3 sets of Uniforms to Unskilled, Skilled and Highly Skilled working at APTRANSCO Office Complex and APTRANSCO Guest House as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing One time purchase material required for internal housekeeping for the total contract period as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing One Time Purchase material i.e., materials/consumables, safety gadgets and tools required for external housekeeping and Lawn Maintenance in Vidyut Soudha premises as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing Skilled Personnel as Pump Operators for day to day operation & maintenance of RO systems (6 Nos) like changing of Filters, mixing of chemicals, dozing tank filling, filling of raw water in tanks, regulation of RO systems including back wash cleaning in manual mode and attending supervision of RO plants round the clock in Vidyut Soudha premises buildings excluding cost of material.

Providing Skilled Personnel as Carpenter for attending carpentry works like maintenance/ repairs / replacement of door closers, door locks and cubical repair works, partition works, providing name boards, attending miscellaneous carpenter works in Directors camp office and other regular maintenance works on emergency basis excluding cost of material excluding area of APGENCO office.

Providing Skilled Personnel as Plumber for attending Plumbing works like maintenance/ repairs / replacement of health faucet guns, Tubes, Sink Taps, Urinal Sensors, washers, Spindle, flush float valve, Pipe line and attending miscellaneous plumbing works in Directors camp office excluding cost of material excluding area of APGENCO office.

Providing Skilled Personnel as Electricians for Operation & Maintenance of Indoor, Outdoor & Emergency Electrical works excluding tools & material round the clock of entire Vidyut Soudha premises excluding area of APGENCO office.

Providing Unskilled workers for utilization in the camp office of the Chairman & Managing Director/APTRANSCO and in the camp office of the Joint Managing Director/APTRANSCO and in the camp office of the Joint Managing Director (Vigilance &Security)/APTRANSCO .

GST applicable on total value of above civil works
