Supply and delivery of CID joints with drilled holes and with rubber rings, bolts and nuts etc., complete with suitable for above AC pipes of class 10 as per ISS specification No. 8794/88 as amended from time to time including revision. For 100mm dia Class-15

Supply and delivery of quarry dust from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for stacking at site to departmental guage, spreading, sectioning, seignorage, watering etc., complete as per specification.

Supply and delivery of "Resilient Seated Soft Sealing" Gate valves (Sluice valves) with body and bonnet of Ductile Iron GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/ SG-500/7 or equivalent as per IS:1865, IS:3896-2 and Wedge fully rubber lined with food grade quality grade W2100 grade EPDM, replaceable spindle nut without gland packing with 3-O ring protection system on the shaft and seals of NBR. The valves should be vaccum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS:5163 Type A/IS:14846. All the valves should be with fusion bonded Electrostatic Powder coating both inside and outside (Min 250 Microns) - RAL 5005 with pocket less straight through body passage conforming to Design standards of DIN-3202F4/BS:5163 Type A Flange drilling as per IS-1538 excluding all taxes, duties and transportation. Supply and delivery of HDPE specials of ISI make including cost, conveyance and all taxes etc., complete. (For 160mm dia HDPE colors) Flange

Jointing CI pipes, fittings and valves with flanged ends including cost of jointing materials such as bolts, rubber insertion, white lead including filling with water, with lead up to 500 meters and testing to required pressure complete. (Reference to specifications. BIS No.3114/1994.) (For 100mm dia MS Flanges)

Conveyance of excavated earth for a lead of 4Km including loading, unloading, spreading, sectioning etc., complete and as directed by the departmental authorities.

Providing new HSC water supply connections in place of damaged water supply connections including cost of MDPE / HDPE pipes as required including all cost of specials required including all labour charges and restoration with cement concrete in M15 grade etc., complete and as directed by the departmental authorities.

Providing concrete for plain concrete (M20 Design mix) using 343Kgs Cement 40mm, 20mm, 10mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH.
