Attending Trouble shooting and repairs to DG sets at BTS leasedout sites under Guntur SSA

General Servicing of following capacity E/A sets by Supplying and replacement of recommended grade lube oil ( up to Max level) ( 15W 40 Grade) , lube oil filters, diesel filters,fuel flexible pipes including adjustment of tappet settings, check functioning of start motor, dynamo,fuel pump and nozzle ,adjusting of V-belts tension,cleaning of outer parts including arresting of lube oil and diesel oil leakages,tightning of banzo bolts, checking of AMF panel & its wiring connections ( whereever available) , rectifying minor wirings like jointing burntout cable connections, repalcing lugs/ terminations etc complete as required for the following DG sets as reqd. (Makes of filters / Lub oil shall be as recommended by Engine manufacturers, lube oil to be brought in company sealed tins / cans) a) 10/ 15 KVA DG set

Supply and fixing of set of V belts suitable for 15/20/ 21/ 30/ 40/63 KVA DG sets for cooling fan/blower i/c removing of damaged belt (make: Fenner or SS make)

Repair & Servicing of Engine self starter assembly / Fuel injection Pump of 10/15/20/21/ 30/ 40/ 63 KVA DG sets as required

Supplying & fixing of following spare parts in place of faulty spares suitable for 10/15/20/21/ 30/ 40/ 63 KVA to keep DG in working condition. a) Alternator AVR suitable for 440V, 50 Hz AC supply 3Ph- / 230V, 50 Hz AC supply 1-Ph power supply Alternators. ( Make : Kirloskar)

b) SMPS battery charger suitable for charging Lead Acid Battery with 230 V 50 Hz AC supply as input and 12 V 10 A DC output including Short circuit protection, reverse battery termina protection etc as required.

c) DG Stop solenoid assembly

Repairing & General Servicing of the existing faulty radiator up to 15/21.5 KVA Diesel Engine alternator set by arresting of leakage and cleaning of copper tubes with help of cleaning agents, i/c dismantling of radiator assembly including transportation, brazing and testing for leakage and reinstallation after repairing the same etc. reqd.

Testing and running of DG set on load by arranging necessary diesel , startup battery complete as required. ( DG running condition shall be shown to concerned incharge officer where startup battery & Diesel not available) Note : 1. Agency has to carry his own startup Battery / sufficient Qty diesel to the DG set locations for testing and running of DG set to be shown to concerned incharge officer after troubleshooting any of the above repairs.

Clearing of DG set premises from weed & vegetation by cutting of existing trees branches / plants / creapers etc to facilitate the entry to DG set location for operation/ mtce of DG set etc as reqd.
