Replacement of Failed Boiler tubes includes weld joints without Fin welding.
Carring fin welding for boiler tubes.
Welding of failed stub joints on MS,CRH,HRH,Feed water lines etc. of Unit-I & II Boilers
Metal filling on eroded spots of boiler tubes by HP welding in I & II passes of boiler I & II.
Repairs to refractory skin casing in the rear arch enclosures covering the rear arch tubes.
Replacement of Damaged Sample coolers with New / Repaired coolers including HP Welding.
Replacement /Re fixing of SS Shrouds
Cleaning of accumulated ash above 7.5 Mts elevation of boiler by jet cleaning / water washing
