Replacement of head pulley bearings for any of all 8 conveyors

Replacement of tail/take up/snub or bend pulleys of any of all 8 conveyors

Replacement of drive/head pulleys of any of all 8 conveyors

Fabrication and arrangement of double plate scrappers at drive& tail pulley of all 8 conveyors

Replacement and reconditioning of damaged Fluid Coupling FCU 16.25

Replacement and reconditioning of damaged Fluid Coupling FCU 14.5

Fabrication and erection of tail & head end grid

Replacement of damaged Geared coupling GCD-1005, including alignment of gear box with motor.

Labour charges for overhauling and inspection of internals of medium duty type gear boxes model No H3C-225 (2 nos) of RFC-1A/1B conveyers, KBN-250 (2 nos) of 15A/B conveyers, H3C-200F of SHC, K3C-225F(2 nos) of Boom, Intermediate conveyers and K3C-180F (6 Nos) of Travel gear boxes.

Labour charges for replacement of different types of idler frames and rollers, replacement and adjustment of skirt / scrapper rubbers / frames of Conveyors and adjustment of bush chains of PCRD & CCRD and replacement of broken pins

Labour charges for clearing spilled over coal , emergency jammed coal and slurry coal at Conveyors 15A/B, SHC and RFC 1A/1B and Operational area from JT-04 to JT-05.

Note:1. The firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/less on the above mentioned total amount for carrying out the subject work as & when required during the year 2026-27 as per the scope of work attached to this schedule

2. The statutory appliances EPF , ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittances and limited to the rates & rules applicable from time to time.GST will be paid extra as per the rates & rules applicable from time to time.

3.If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer will be liable for rejection

4. The standard field quality plan should be enclosed to the tender enquiry by incorporating the clause that ”the contractor should submit the FQP duly signed along with the tender schedule

5. FQP shall be approved by QC wing

6. The contractor should engage sufficient man power for completion of the work within time as instructed by the Engineer In charge without fail or else necessary action will be initiated
