Operation and Maintenance of 20 MLD STP at Jakkampudi with UASBR Technology of Vijayawada Municipal Corporation as per Pollution Control Board Norms for a Period of 6 months

Operation and Maintanance of 20 MLD STP at Jakkampudi with UASBR Technology of Vijayawada Municipal Corporation as per Pollution Control Board norms including engaging of required manpower including cost of Lab Chemicals for conducting required daily tests, Oil & Grease for lubrication of equipment, liquid Chlorine gas for adding before lettingout of sewage, including cost of cables, capacitors, fuses & other materials for attending repairs and maintenance of Electro mechanical & instrumentation equipment including cost of Poly Electrolyte material for dewatering from the sludge and engaging of vehicles for transporation of waste material, grit and surplus sludge etc., complete as per CPCB/ APPCB/CPHEEO discharge standards pH-6.5-9.0 BOD<20 mg/l, COD<250 mg/l. TSS<50 mg/l, TDS<2100 mg/l, Oil & Grease<10 mg/l, Fecal Coliform(FC)<1000 Nos /100 ml. to get recyclable quality of water and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge for finished item of work. The Contract shall include a) Man power Chemist - 1 No Electrician with ITI/ Diploma Qualification - 1No Operators with Inter / ITI Qualification - 3 Nos Helper / Mazdoor - 5 No Security Guards for three Shifts - 2 Nos b) Supply of required Lab Chemicals for conducting daily tests of Sewage as per the directions of Engineer - in - charge c) Supply of required Oil & Grease for lubrication of equipment as per the directions of Engineer - in - Charge. d) Supply of required material like cables, capacitors, fuses for attending repairs of electrical equipment as per the directions of Engineer - in - Charge. e) Supply of Poly Electrolyte material for dewatring of sludge as per the directions of Engineer - in - Charge. f) Minor Repairs to the Mechanical equipment during O & M including cost of necessary material and all labour charges etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer - in - Charge.
