Providing and fixing of cautionary/warning sign of size 600 mm (Urban) equilateral triangle made out of Type XI of ASTMD 4956-09 high intensity prismatic retro reflective sheeting confirming to IRC:67:2012 for full back ground of white colour and letters/logos done by screen printing in black colour .boarders by screen printing in red colour and fixed over4 mm Aluminium coposite material sheet having minimum 0.5 mm thick aluminium skin on both sides with back side painted with grey colour and fixed over back support frame of 25 MM x 25 MM x 3 MMalround and fixing with 35 x 35 x 4MM mounted on a MS angle post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm with clear heightof not less than 2.1 m from the ground level to the bottomof the board.The sign post should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and 2 coats of synthetic enamelpaint Black and White colour with bands of 30 cm height.The sign post shall be firmly fixed with MS base angle 35 x 35 x 4 MM in to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with Ml 5 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing including cost and conveyance of all materials.equipmentmachinery and labour with all leads and lift.loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

The sign post should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint Black & white colour with bands of 30 cm height. The sign post shall be firmly fixed with MS base angle 35 x 35 x4 mm in to the ground by 1:2:4 concrete foundation of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, including sots, conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lift, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
