Hiring of tipper 5.5 cum /7.5T capacity for a period of one year during the year 2026-27 extendable for further period of one more year subject to satisfactory Service

The Bidder should be a regular Contractor / agency and shall have proven experience in providing similar vehicles to any Govt. Organizations / Public Sector Undertakings/ Corporations on hire basis. As a proof of this the bidder shall furnish the relevant Work done certificate

The bidder should have provided one or more similar vehicles of value not less than Rs. 17.00 Lakhs in the last Five years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26 As a proof of this, the bidder should upload single work order copy and corresponding work done/work completion certificate issued by competent authority. Work done in previous years shall be given weight of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited.

The bidder, in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 34.00 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last Five Years. (i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25,and 2025-26) As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of Profit & Loss Account Statements or Turn over Certificates duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.

Certificate of declaration for having studied the site conditions and acquired comprehensive understanding and information about the required Vehicle Specifications, nature of service to be provided, wage structure, project location and total service involved duly acknowledged by EE(HMT)/Tender Inviting Authority has to be uploaded along with technical bid.
