Replacement of damaged seal sheets with 3.15mm HR Sheets underneath the conveyors in MM-I&II/CHP/Stage-IV/Dr.NTTPS

Fabrication of mother and liner plates from 8/10 mm/12 mm/16mm thick MS plate for various chutes of all conveyors in MM-II/CHP/STG-IV as and when required during the year 2026-27.

Erection of mother and liner plates from 8/10 mm/12 mm/16mm thick MS plate and erection of the same in various chutes of all conveyors in MM-II/CHP/STG-IV as and when required during the year 2026-27

Removal of worn out liner and mother plates in various chutes of all conveyors in MM-II/CHP/STG-IV as and when required during the year 2026-27.

Recondition of removed buckets S/R-IV

Fabrication of Carrying/Return/Impact idler Frames

Note:1. The firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/less on the above mentioned total amount for carrying out the subject work as & when required during the year 2026-27 as per the scope of work attached to this schedule

2. The statutory appliances EPF , ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittances and limited to the rates & rules applicable from time to time.GST will be paid extra as per the rates & rules applicable from time to time.

3.If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer will be liable for rejection

4. The standard field quality plan should be enclosed to the tender enquiry by incorporating the clause that ”the contractor should submit the FQP duly signed along with the tender schedule

5. FQP shall be approved by QC wing

6. The contractor should engage sufficient man power for completion of the work within time as instructed by the Engineer In charge without fail or else necessary action will be initiated
