Job contract for Horticulture and Housekeeping for a period of two years

Carrying out day-to-day Internal and external housekeeping, Cleaning of terraces as and when required or as directed by Engineer In charge etc., complete as per scope of work, tender terms and conditions. [Note: (i) The rate to be quoted shall be for the complete finished work per month on Item rate Basis. (ii) The rate includes cost towards required number of labors for the entire work, safety , shoes and uniforms to labours all as indicated in the tender. (iii) The contractor has to submit the list of materials requierd for above work on quarterly basis and the same will be issued by M/s BEL (iv)The rates quoted shall be exclusive of GST .Approx. Area: 13700 sqm

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedges, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of nursery and other garden related works and also uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, unwanted vegetation as directed by office-in-charge. (All Tools, tackles, Petrol, Good earth, fertilizers, new plants, flower pots, equipments, pesticides will be provided by BEL).Payment will be made on item rate of per month of complete maintenance of the entire garden Approx. quantity : 2000 sqm

Carrying out day-to-day road sweeping works in BE Factory premises by manually as per the scope of work and collection of waste and pouring in scrap yard. Total Area =4500 sqm

Carrying out day-to-day sanitation works like cleaning and upkeeping toilets, basins, urinals etc.. in BEL Factory as per the scope of work . No of toilet blocks for Men:20 and No of Toilet blocks for women:-11. Total Qty toilets is 31 no .Each Toilet block consists of min.2 nos Toilet seats & urinals.

Cleaning of drainages and underground drainage lines as and when required in the premises of BEL - MC including the disposal of debris as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Payment will be made on item rate of per month of complete cleaning of 630 RMT of drainage.

Operation and monitoring of air cooled process cooling chillers – 120TR and Centrallised Compressor plant as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete.
