Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH

Conveyance of dismantling debris and excavated earth from the work site with a lead of 5 km including loading and unloading chargers as directed and as per SS

Collection and supply of dust for filling including cost and conveyance charges spreading sectioning etc., complete

Providing M-10 using 40mm HBG crushed metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance Seigniorage charges of all materials and labour charges and Machine mixing Laying, Watering, Curing charges etc., complete as per SS. The Seignorage charges are excluding CP & TP.

Supply and placing of the RCC M20 (Design Mix) concrete corresponding to IS 456 using weigh batcher / 60% of mixer 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) 40% of 12mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggrregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including seigniorage charges, on all labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Centering Charges for RCC vertical walls of plane surface (rate is for both sides centering) including open drain of 600mm size and above all materisl and labour charges for forming etc.,

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed ( HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) Steel bars of SAIL / VSP / TATA (Fe 415 / Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming frills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS.

Bailing out of water from pipe line trenches with oil engine drivern pump sets including hire charges fuel charges wages of driver and helper etc., complete

Laying of sand bags in the stipulated places including cost of empty cement bag and sand thread charges and labour charges with 13.615% overhead charges and contractors profit (sand rate for filling is considered note during the emergency

Making holes upto 18mm dai in RCC any stones upto 50mm thick complete for finished item of work as per SS (MAT-01648)

Pressure grouting the drilled holes with neat cement slurry or with approved epoxy bonding agent using pump complete for finished item of work as per SS (T-01650)

Manufacturing, Supply, Delivery and fixing of M.S. Iron Gate , MS Grill using with M.S. Angulars, M.S. flats including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for cutting, welding, grinding and fixing etc., , complete.as directed by the departmental authorities.
