Repair of DG SET of 100 KVA (Make: Kirloskar Bliss) 2 Nos at AF-Net a) Labour only for Opening of DG Set and decoupling the DG engine from alternator. Opening of the alternaor and taking out the worn out parts for the rpelacement and re-assembling of DG set after rectifiction and replacement of following parts including testing complete all as specifed and directed b) Supply and replacement of AVR - 01 Nos c) Supply and replacement fuel pipe set -01 Nos d) S&F Water Hose pipe of exisiting length -01 Nos e) Supply and replacement stop solenoid switch heavy duty 5 kg/cm2 operaitng 12 Volt DC.- 01 Set f) S&F in repair rubber coupling bush consist of rubber ring of suitable size and model (plate/ cup) with nuts bolts. 01 Nos g) S&F in replacement copper terminal heavy duty for battery with length not less than 0.5m, connection with suitable size of copper lugs on one end, brass terminal connector on other end all as specified and as directed. -04 Sets h) M&L for replacement Fly wheel of DG Engine after removing alternator, by heating the fly wheel housing and removing warned out fly wheel and replacing the same with new flywheel of same size and material and reassembling the complete unit and testing complete - 01 Job

j) Opening of the AMF panel by unscrewing screws, nuts bolts etc, carring out minor repairs to wiring faults and testing complete wiring circuit, replaceing the unserviceable parts as under complete all as specified and directed. - 02 Job k) S&F in replacement Control Realy NCNO - 06 Nos. l) S&F in replacement Line voltage monitor - 01 No. m) S&F in replacement MCX 32 Power contactor 230v, 50Hz , 130Amps in replacement of u/s contactor - 3 Nos n) M&L in replacement of self starter Brass Bearings/Bush - 01 No. Note: Old retrived U/s parts may be taken under sch of credit by contractor.
