Earthwork excavation and depositing and bank back side with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 m in all types of soils in loamy clayey soils like black cotton soils red earht and ordinary gravel Etc as per APSS and as per Engineering incharge.

Collection and Supply of Dust for filling including Cost and coneyance charges, Spreading, Sectioning etc., complete.

Manufacture, Supply and delivery of Cast Iron pipes and fitting (Spls), conforming to IS No. 7181/1986, 5531/1988, 3950/1979 and site of work any where in A.P including loading, unloading, transportation to site of work stacking at site transit risk and pacakge, excluding taxes and duties.

Supply and Delivery of MS flanges of which is suitable to HDPE Pipes with necessary holes as per I S specificatoins and as per directions of Engineer incharge

Supply and Delivery of HDPE collars including all costs , labour charges etc., complete as per APSS and as per directions of Engineer incharge 110mm dia

Supply and Delivery of packen sheet including conveyance and all taxes Etc. complete as per APSS and as per directions of Engineer incharge

Providing inter connection between existing pipeline and newly laid HDPE pipe line including of all necessary interconnection materials and washers and man mazdoor etc . Complete as per APSS and as per directions of Engineer incharge 100 x 100 X 110mm

Supply and delivery of Skilled labours (Fitters) for attending HSC pipe Connections repairs etc including cost and conveyance of all materials to the work site as directed by the departmental authorities.

Labour engaged on NMR basis as a helpers for attending the pipe line leakages including cost and conveyance of all materials to the work site as directed by the departmental authorities.

Providing concrete for plain concrete (M20 Design mix) using 343 Kgs Cement 20 mm,10mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH

Jointing CI pipes, fittings and valves with flanged ends including cost of jointing materials such as bolts, rubber insertion, white lead including filling with water, with lead up to 500 meters and testing to required pressure complete. (Reference to specifications. BIS No.3114/1994.) 100 mm dia

Lowering CI Pipes and fitting with flanged ends carefully into trenches and laying them ture to alignement and gradient including all sundries but excluding conveyance form source supply as per BIS 3114/85 as APPSS and as per direction of Eingeer incharge 100 mm dia

Supply and Fixing of House Service Connections (HSCs) including all materials and labour charges etc,. Complete as directed by the departmental authorities.

Supply and delivery of "Resilient Seated Soft Sealing" Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with Body and Bonnet of Ductile Iron GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or Equivalent as per IS1865, IS:3896-2 and Wedge fully Rubber Lined with food grade quality grade W270 grade EPDM, Replaceable Spindle Nut without gland packing with 3-O ring protection system on the Shaft and Seals of NBR. The Valves should be Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as BS:5163 Type A/IS:14846. All the valves should be with fusion bonded Electrostatic Powder coating both inside and outside (Min 250 Microns)- RAL 5005 with Pocket Less Straight through body Passage conforming to Design standards of DIN-3202F4/BS:5163 Type A Flange drilling as per IS - 1538 excluding all taxes, duties and transportation. Bailing of water from pipeline trenches with oil engine driver pump sets including hire charges , fuel charges and wages for driver , helper etc. complete as per APSS and as per directions of Engineer incharge
