Separation Membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD. Unit = cum. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges Excluding CP & TP on Seignorage charges etc,Complete.

Supply of 25mm thick high performance expansion joint filler board (SILFLEX CAPCELL HD-100 or equivalent make) placing the same 25mm below top of bituminous etc., completed.

Supply of Bituminous compound(Grade.A ISI) polysulphide and sealing the joints including cost and con of all materials etc but excluding labour charges for placing in position for contraction joints at 4.50mts interval/for longitudinal joints as per MORTH

Carting away the surplus earth, cement concrete, brick and stone debris from the wor site with a lead of 2KM beyond initial lead incl. Loading, unloading and conveyance etc., complete as directed by dept. authorities as per APSS 38.2

Manufacture as per BIS:12592 (Part 1&2) Supply & Delivery of manhole covers and frames of H.D.-35 with 560mm dia clear opening with ISI marking anywhere in A.P., F.O.R. destination including, loading, unloading & stacking at site but excluding central excise duty, sales tax, octroi and other Government levies etc., as applicable.
