Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH

Conveyance of excavated earth with an average lead of 2 KM including loading, unloading etc; complete as per SS and also as per the directions of departmental authorities. Add extra for leads and lifts.

Manufacturing, Supply, Delivery and fixing of M.S. pipe using with M.S. plates including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for cutting, welding, grinding etc., , complete.as directed by the departmental authorities.

Manufacturing, Supply, Delivery and fixing of M.S. Iron Gate , MS Grill using with M.S. Angulars, M.S. flats including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for cutting, welding, grinding and fixing etc., , complete.as directed by the departmental authorities.

Providing concrete for plain concrete (M20 Design mix) using 343 Kgs Cement 20 mm,10mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH

Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with Bricks traditional size 23x11x7 cms 2nd class including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing of mortor watering curing etc. complete.

Plastering for walls in CM (1:4) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for mixing of mortor watering curing etc. complete.

Labour engaged for cleaning site and dismantling walls and all labour charges etc.,complete

Painting with Priming Coat to given an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of losse powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS (New iron work)

Painting with Synthetic Enamel Paints -Two coats -for New Iron work to given an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of losse powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS

Painting, priming coat on new plastered surface to given an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of losse powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS

Painting 2 Coats with Plastic emulsion paint Grade-I to given an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of losse powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS.Two coats -Plastered Surface(External Walls)

Flooring with vitrified tiles of 1st quality, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including near cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, including, complete for finished item of work, but including the cost of conveyance of all materials.(600x600 of 8mm to10 mm thick )
