Annual Maintenance Work of 11 KV VCB of all make with following work:-
DESCRIPTION OF WORKS
Overhauling and Annual Maintenance of aligment mechanism for smooth operation including replacement of all rusted N&B removing old lubrication cleaning of all moving parts & fresh H.Q. lubrication as and when needed.
Carring out comprehensive Test and Tripping Check of wiring of different incoming and outgoing feeder at installed at various 33/11 KV S/S such as wiring of CT to Feeders Panel and up to Reley and then to auxiliary switch to trip coil in the trollye side by both simulating load at primary of CT and by Simulating trip current by relay and thereby lacating the specific multifactioning of the panel
Repairing of complete tripping system assembly
Repairing of spring manual charging of handle
Repairing/Replacement of Female Contact
Repairing of gearset of charging of mechanism
Repairing of clamp (Interrupter clamp)
Repairing of bushing and Repairing of Drum Assembley
Repairing/Replacement of Tulip Contact
Replacement of Vacuum Interrupter (Vacuum Interruter will be Provided by UPCL Department)
Replacement of C.T.,Spout &P.T. (C.T. Spout &P.T. will be Provided by UPCL Department)
Replacement of Electronic Relay, Motor (Relay&Motor will be Provided by UPCL Department)
