Consultancy work for NABL Accreditation and subsequent support for renewal to the testing laboratories of KHRI as per ISO , IEC 17025 , 2017

Amount

Inspection activity to identify gap areas, review of current documents, procedures and formats& preparation of report.

To provide training on system awareness to 20 persons, Internal auditing to 5 persons, and uncertainty measurement to 5 persons at KHRI.

To assist in preparation of all documents required for the NABL accreditation and facilitate calibration and proficiency testing.

To conduct Adequacy audit, pre-assessment audit and to close each audit findings, and all audit activities like corrective / preventive actions, review of procedures, audit checklists, audit reports.

To assist KHRI for final accreditation and closure of Non Conformances raised if any.

Review of system status and upgrade gaps if found at the end offirst year including assistance for surveillance auditand scope expansion if any.

Review of system status and upgrade gaps if found at the end of second year including assistance for renewal auditand scope expansion if any, for obtaining first renewal.

Review of system status and upgrade gaps if found at the end of third year including assistance for Desktop surveillance auditand scope expansion if any.
