Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH. (By Manual means)

Conveyance of excavated earth for a lead of 2 KM including unloading, loading, spreading, sectioning etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.

Collection and Supply of Dust for filling including Cost and coneyance charges, Spreading, Sectioning etc., complete.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing HBG meterial confirming to Grading-V of MORT & H Table-400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete for finished item of work as per clause 401 MORTH (5th Revision) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick Masonry work in CM (1:6) proportion with manufactured Fal-G Blocks of size 290 x 200 x140mm using flyash of 80kgs, cement of 15kgs. Gypsum of 5kgs. And stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding and curing etc., complete with a compresive strength not less than 50kg/sqm for walls for Superstructure walls.

Supply and Fixing of C.C. Kerb not less than M20 Strength of size 600*375*100 mm thick with bottom thickness of 100mm upto height of 300 mm and top width of 50 mm thick chamfering with 45˚ at starts at 300 mm height to 375 mm height.

Painting with Solvent Based Kerb Guideline Synthetic enamel paint of Berger/any ISI make (SB RM paint) in a single pack, alkyd based for two coats -on any new/old plastered surface to given an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of losse powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS including enamel based prime coat as per SS.

Supply, Delivery, laying and jointing of high strength precast concrete blocks for interlocking reflecting designer (Rubber Mould)for paving of M-40 grade and thickness not less than 100 mm for Heavy traffic areas conforming to IS 15658:2006 in all shapes and designs as per the manufacturer’s specification

Plastering in CM (1:4) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing of mortor, watering, curing etc., complete.

Providing concrete for plain concrete (M20 Design mix) using 330 Kgs Cement 20mm, 10mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH.
