Engaging of 1No of 8 KL Capacity truck mounted sewer suction cum jetting machine for 58th, 59th, 60th & 61st divisions in AE-7 section works division-II on hire basis for a period of 6 Months 2nd call

Engage of truck mounted sewer suction cum jetting machine for the purpose of the choking and desilting of sewer lines, including the hier charges of machine, one supervisor cum cleaner, fuel, lubricants, spares, consumables required for complete operation for 8 hours shift basis and as directed by deportment authorities including all taxes. 1)Vehical Capacity: Vehical Capacity:8000 Litres (Fresh water 4KL + Sludge Water 4KL). Mountings:Cradle at front, hinges at rear, including full length sub frame Front End:Tori spherical head. Rear/ dish End:Hydraulic-operated tori spherical door with heavy duty hydraulic rams including integral safety check valves to prevent rapid door closure in case hydraulic hose failure. Access:Manhole for filling with clean water and man access. Compartment vent:Vented with anti-surge protection. Primary Cut-out:102mm HDPE ball and cage Type for Pump Protection.

2)CONTENTS INDICATOR: Clean Water Sight Glass:2” Diameter Full Length Acrylic Sight Glass in Water Compartment. 3)SPLIT SHAFT UNIT: Split shaft unit:Make: Inter Pump Hydraulics, Italy - 400kgm Main Split Unit, 40 & 25 Kgm for Auxiliary Split Unit (or) Imported Make. 4)JETTING SYSTEM: Jetting Pump :Pratissolli high pressure triplex plunger pump , Italy Make. Model: KS-40, (Flow – 226 l/min & Pressure - 138 bar). Safety Valve:Safety PRV fitted to pump head Drive:PTO Driven from Chassis engine. PTO Control location:In truck cab. 5)Main hose reel:Self-aligning (swing angle 130 degree for operator ease) hydraulically powered in/out and free wheel facility reel. Control Panel:Rear control panel to be incorporated on reel for operational ease.

6)Jetting Hose:60 Mtrs length 1" hose pipe - Make: Parker, USA. 7)Jetting Nozzle:Round and Conical - 1no each - 1" (Make: Nova Contec, Italy) 8)VACUUM SYSTEM: Exhauster:Jurop PN 84 D exhauster/compressor continuously duty rated at 92% vacuum. Output/ Suction flow: 9000 Litres/min free air delivery with 4 blades/ vanes and with heat resistance. Manually operated changeover,Valve. Operating at 1.5 bar absolute working pressure (Italy Make). Drive:PTO driven from chassis engine. PTO Control location:Fitted into truck cab. Control:Manual Change Over valve is provided to change vacuum /Pressure Mode. Gauges:Vacuum/pressure calibrated in working pressure & vacuum mounted on. Suction hose:4” PVC suction hose of 5 Metre – 05 Nos, each fitted with Bauer coupling set (male and female with clamps). Without top hose tray for storage.

9)HYDRAULIC: Hydraulic Pump:Gear Type Hydraulic Pump is drive using Side PTO of The Vehicle , Control is Provided inside Cabin, To Engage & disengage Hydraulic Pump. Hydraulic Tank:Hydraulic Tank is provided to provide Oil supply to Hydraulic Circuit. Door Opening /Closing Ram:Double Acting Hydraulic two cylinder is provided to Open/close Back door of the Tank. 10)CHASSIS:Make – AL/Tata/Eicher Model – 16 Ton GVW with PTO and day cabin ( 2019 model onwards only) Payment will be only on total working shifts: A) Suction cum jetting machine 8KL capacity along with one driver cum operator and one Supervisor cum cleaner. B) Shifting timings: On shift of 9 hours (including one hour lunch break) per day. C) Working days: 25Shifts per mounth. GPS should be maintained properly and based on the GPS Report only payment will be recommended .
