Replacement of medium duty ( less than 75KW power capacity) gear box of any conveyor.

Over haul of medium duty ( less than 75KW power capacity) gear box of any conveyor.

Replacement of Drive end bearing housings (plumber block) for any crusher of Stg-I&II, Stg-III&IV.

Replacement of Non drive end bearing housings (plumber block) for any crusher of Stg-I&II, Stg-III&IV.

Replacement of shaft for any vibrating screens / vibrating grizzly feeder of Stg-I&II, Stg-III&IV.

Replacment of motor sheeve pulley or vibrator sheeve pulley for any vibrating screens / vibrating grizzly feeder of Stg-I&II, Stg-III&IV.

Replacement of VGFs Bearings for any vibrating screens / vibrating grizzly feeder of Stg-I&II, Stg-III&IV.

Clearing of jammed wet coal from crusher chamber.

Emergency upkeeping of spilled over coal, jammed coal and slurry coal of any conveyor.

Note:1. The firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/less on the above mentioned total amount for carrying out the subject work as & when required during the year 2026-27 as per the scope of work attached to this schedule

2. The statutory appliances EPF , ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittances and limited to the rates & rules applicable from time to time.GST will be paid extra as per the rates & rules applicable from time to time.

3.If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer will be liable for rejection

4. The standard field quality plan should be enclosed to the tender enquiry by incorporating the clause that ”the contractor should submit the FQP duly signed along with the tender schedule

5. FQP shall be approved by QC wing

6. The contractor should engage sufficient man power for completion of the work within time as instructed by the Engineer In charge without fail or else necessary action will be initiated
