1 Repair/servicing and maintenance of heating system of Packaged Air Conditioning units of Emergency Gyane Operation theater at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu by replacement of worn-out/damaged blower of 11 TR package AC along with repair of blower assembly. The job includes dismantling of worn-out/damaged blower from blower assembly using special tools and tackles and manual labour. The job further involves repair to blower assembly by way of welding wherever required, providing required structure reinforcement and replacement/repair of worn-out/damaged parts including bearings as per requirement. The job also involved replacement of worn-out/damaged blower with a new one as per sample, assembling of whole system and then testing and commissioning of whole system- 1 job. Complete servicing of Indoor unit as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge using chemical/water through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc. - 1 job. Providing and fitting of fan belts -02 nos. Providing and Fitting of heavy duty 40 ampere contactor along with complete connections -2 nos. Providing and Fitting of TPN (63A) along with complete connections-1 no. Providing and Fitting of Heating strips of 3KW capacity along with complete connections- 9 nos. Rewinding of blower motor including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing- 1 no. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job, rectification of any other faults found during execution for successful working of machines and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification for theseason. Maternity Child Hospital, Jammu by way of chemical wet servicing for cooling effectiveness of the whole unit and including all outdoor unit, indoor units, cooling coils servicing, electrical servicing, greasing/oiling of motors etc. Complete job as per site requirement.a) Indoor Units -complete 3rd and 4th floors. b) Outdoor Unit - 14 Nos.(376 HP) d) AHUs-04 nos.The job includes complete servicing of each indoor unit installed at different locations by way of dismantling the front cover and filter for its servicing, cleaning of evaporator coil by using high pressure jet till accumulated dust and debris removed minimum 30 minutes for each evaporator coil, cleaning of filter of indoor with high pressure jet. The job also includes checking the drain components and removal of any blockages of drain. The job includes greasing/oiling of motor and blower assembly of each indoor unit.The job also includes complete servicing of outdoor units by cleaning the condenser oil of unit with high pressure jet till accumulated dust and debris removed completely. The job includes removing the cover of outdoor unit, cleaning of all electrical components with air blower, checking the electrical connection of outdoor unit, fan motor and compressor working, checking the refrigerant level and leakages and refilling of gas as required. The complete job also includes complete inspection of system, testing of system after complete servicing. The complete job includes material cost, skilled labor charges, tool, tackles and all handling charges, taxes etc.
