Operation and Maintenance of distribution system and Rising main pipeline (CI/DI/AC/UPVC/HDPE) (For 365 days) including Opening & closing of all the different dia Sluice Valves (80 mm dia to 350 mm dia) on different places along the alignment of the rising main and distribution main at different places over the command area daily as and when required for regulating the supply of water and distributing' water all over the command area smoothly including changing and restoration of gland packing of sluice valve, air valve if required including opening the cap / plug of wash out point or opening the sluice valves including de-jointing flange joints (80 mm to 350 mm dia) including repairing works and cleaning the pipeline or changing of gate, spindle or liner etc. of sluice valves all complete, restoration works to be done including earth work in the excavation bailing out of water, re-filling the excavated earth, taking out of RCC slab or slab cover and refaxing true to position etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of EIC. [labour charges for operation and guarding of pump / valve/ disinfection arrangement with all accessories @ Rs. 487/ day / person + add bonus @ 8.33% i.e; Rs. 40.57 / day / person = total Rs. 527.57 + overhaed Expenses @ 5% i.e; Rs. 24.35+ Contractor's profit @ 10% i.e; Rs. 52.76 = Rs. 604.57 + ESIC contribution of employers @ 3.25% on labour charges i.e; Rs. 15.83 + EPF contribution of employers @ 13% on labour charges i.e; Rs. 63.31 = Total Rs. 683.81 say, Rs. 684.00 ] [N.B.: - i) Details scope of work and rates and measurement will be made as per Annexure - I ii) Any maintenance work carried out which is not included in the scop of work in Annexure-I (enclosed) may be done considering rates as per currend PHE / PWD SOR./SE/SWC] iii) The total amount inclusive of all duties and taxes. Intensive Garden :- Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide, will be provided by the department & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in-charge.
